General Józef Haller was the commander of the Polish Legions 2nd Brigade & the Polish Army in France in 1939. During the Polish-Bolshevik war, he was a member of the State Defense Council and the General Inspector of the Volunteer Army. Poland's Wedding to the Sea was first performed on February 10, 1920, by General Jozef Haller at Puck. There is a bench there where you can even listen to some sea songs or important speech.
