This is a museum where you need several hours to really see everything and they close at 4 pm. so plan accordingly. We ran out of time. You can see Edison's workshop, library, stock room along with multiple other things - like the first movie production site, a display of the original phonograph (that still works) and so much more that it is hard to remember it all. We plan to return again when we can go and view his home in nearby Montclair in warm weather - opens in April.

First visit with the grandkids. All good. The pricing was fair and there is so much to do. Left after 2 hours and hardly scratched the surface of attractions. Will come back again soon.Thank you very much for the review! We are glad you enjoyed your experience and hope you visit again soon!

Nice little Museum with lots of artifacts from this president and of the time. Good if you are in the area or are a big fan or enjoy small historic homes. They have a number of special events through out the year including 4th of July ice cream social.

Went here for Father's Day. Wasn't a bad visit but the place is overly simple, which is to be expected based on price. There are a few old trains out, that you can't go in most of them. We took a ride on the train, but that was fairly unpleasant because of the heat (and lack of A/C in the cars). There really isn't anything of any interest to see out of the windows and there was no one narrating anything or saying anything about the trains. There wasn't even anyone other than the conductor to answer questions and he seemed polite, but disinterested in doing so. Was a bit of a bummer, actually.

As everyone else points out, it is amazing that the top of this park has a view of the NYC skyline at a distance. The paths can be a little steep, so be careful on your way down because the rocks are all extremely loose so you might slide a little.

This has been a go to spot for my toddler for sometime. He loves the different play areas, especially the painting, trains, grocery store, and pirate ship. It was an obvious choice for his birthday party and they did an excellent job! They tailored the party to what we wanted and had face painting and a private, personalized puppet show! My son and his friends had an amazing time!

Gun For Hire is our favorite shooting range. The place is clean, well organized, and safe. Great place for any level of comfort. My husband is far more experienced than I am, but I would feel comfortable going here on my own. Everyone I've come in contact with is knowledgeable and helpful.

Went to Sky Zone in Pine Brook NJ for the first time with my two daughters 10 and 11. The absolutely loved this place. They had open jump with many different trampolines , basket ball, etc. The place is well staffed and they take great care in regards to safety and customer experience. I highly recommend this place. They also give you a discount on admission if you check in on facebook when you arrive

A good average Jersey mall. Food court is ok but has no normal pizza place, just a specialty pizza place. The rest is run of the mill food court. The store selection is average. It does have 2 stores which sell cheap suits which I have taken advantage of in a pinch!

Verona Park is a classically designed gem of the Essex County Park System, reminiscent of New York's Central Park and Brooklyn's Prospect Park. Unfortunately, in recent years, much of the understory vegetation, especially the native mountain laurels, have died or otherwise disappeared. This is a problem more widespread than just here; the explosive deer population and other factors have contributed.
The lack of appropriate maintenance of the park, however, is another matter altogether. Motor vehicles, apparently operated by employees assigned to work in the park, have torn up the lawns adjacent to the walkways, leaving inches deep tire treads in some places. This is a regrettable condition that should be addressed! Vehicle use in the park should be carefully monitored by appropriate staff members and adjusted accordingly.
The park is still beautiful and worth visiting but what was once a surpassing gem is now flawed, and needlessly so. Hopefully steps will be taken to restore it to a measure of its' former glory.
