Quelana spa ubud is a solution for those of you who want to feel the sensation of typical Balinese massage and we have a professional massage quality and of course with friendly teraphis. So come and recharge your body and soul
I just have to recommend this place . No doubts it is good for the money you spend. Off course for the value you cannot expect fancy spa but if you want a traditional massage at a good price, just go there. And the plus was that the staff was not pushy at all, just said hello and gave us the brochure when we stopped by.

Sensory Deprivation tank center, just 7 mins from Ubud center. Located in a lush rice padi. Its a serene location to absorb Balis rich and splendid atmosphere.
I absolutely positively cannot say enough good things about this place! First of all, the grounds are gorgeous and the vibe here is incredibly peaceful from the moment you enter. The staff, especially the manager Intan, are incredibly friendly, kind and helpful… this is normal Balinese hospitality, but they truly go above and beyond. And the services? I absolutely loved it all… I had both the light therapy and a float. I had recently done the light therapy elsewhere and loved the experience, so I was excited to do it again. It’s only 20 minutes here, but as a preface to the float it’s perfect, as you sit in a comfy chair underneath the lights with headphones on as music plays in synch. A must do if you've never tried this kind of thing before! As to the float itself, I had never done one before and was a bit nervous I’d be claustrophobic, but honestly it wasn’t an issue, as you can leave the door to the tank open if you wish as well as leave an internal light on. Turns out I didn’t need either, but it was nice to know I had the option. They provide a floating “headrest” to make you more comfortable as well as earplugs to help prevent the water from coming in, which is also an added insulation from noise (although the grounds and premises were extremely quite while I was there.) Since I had never done this before I have nothing to compare it to, but as a first timer I felt very comfortable with everything. The facilities are also quite lovely… private bathroom with an indoor/outdoor shower for before and after your float, which includes nice products for the shower and skin, and once you're done with the float you get to sit and relax in the beautiful outdoor garden area with a complimentary coconut water and small snack, lingering as long as you’d like. Overall, it was an incredibly soothing and nurturing experience. Pro-tip… book a 5pm float so that you finish around sunset. The gardens were outstanding at this time of day!
