Lake Hjalmsjon is close to the city center of Orkelljunga, but it is so calm and quiet. Maybe because of the trees that surrounds the lake. This lake is one of the best in Sweden for rowing competition.

The Larkesholm hiking area consist of an hikinh trail around the larger of the two lakes in Larkesholm. It may sound simple but it is very beautiful. The lake follows you around the trail and offer a stunning view. No wonder this place is so popular!
A beautiful 5 km hike around the Lake through forest and fields. Our dog enjoyed it just as much as we did. Highly recommended.

The two lakes are located in Skanes Fagerhult and are surrounded by woods and reed. There is a toilet, dressing room, there is a dock where boats can be sailed.
