My friend and I enjoyed ourselves immensely. Food was wonderful, spa staff attentive, and front desk friendly and helpful. Greay way to pamper yourself in a relaxing and beautiful environment-will be returning soon!

I was born/raised in Norwich. I have always enjoyed a trip to this cemetery to slowly walk through the rows of ancient stones and read the inscriptions. It’s hard not to envision life back then; a time before and during the Revolutionary War, battles being fought for independence, etc. I always get a sense of pride that my little town had even a small part In the birthing of this great country. I live in the SF Bay Area now, but visit every time I return.

This museum is one of the region’s hidden gems, and I mean that in the most literal sense of the term. Admission for adults is $3, and this is a place that could honestly charge $15 and it would still be fair. There are probably more than a hundred plaster casts in the central hall of some of the finest works of sculpture in the Western Art tradition (the Pieta is among them). There are also numerous galleries of paintings and other artifacts from a wide range of movements, as varied as 20th-century Connecticut paintings, furniture manufactured locally during the colonial days, a large Far Eastern Art collection, and a others. The building itself is an architectural wonder as well, so don’t forget to look at the lofty ceilings and finely-decorated walls while you’re there. This museum was established to enrich the education of the students attending the Norwich Free Academy, and it still serves that purpose today. This is a place worth coming back to, and I will definitely do so.

This small, local theater has a very diverse selection of productions; from jazz to music from every genre to plays. We have enjoyed several evenings there and look forward to our next visit. It's fun and it's local! Great.

Our family decided to spend the 4th of July here. We arrived when the ballpark opened and had no problems getting a great parking space, with an easy walk to the gate. This is really a nice ballpark and very family oriented. When we passed through the gate they were giving out free apple pie to celebrate the 4th. We walked around the stadium and then found our seats. We were seated right behind home plate. We did purchase our tickets online a few days before. We were so up close with all that was going on. The granddaughters were hoping to catch a foul ball, but with the nets none came our way. After watching where a few of the fouls were going, we all decided that up higher on the 1st base side was where most of the balls went. There were several balls caught by those in the stands, but we weren't so lucky. Maybe next time girls! This ballpark has all you need to enjoy the game, from food, beer and a nice gift shop. We happened to be here on a Thursday for "Thirsty Thursday", beer only $2, cheaper than water and sodas! Following the game we sat back and enjoyed the fireworks for the 4th. This was a show that did not disappoint. So glad we decided to spend our 4th here. The stadium was packed, so we were anticipating a long wait in leaving the stadium, but to our surprise they have the exit set up very well and easy exiting. I know we have waited at other stadiums trying to exit on a main highway and it is terrible. This was a piece of cake. Thanks for an enjoyable evening.

My husband and a close friend couple tried out the Ultimate Escape's Lost in Space themed room. It was a blast. There were probably ~20 clues/locks to resolve which made the hour fly by. Lexi at the front desk was exceptionally attentive and on point when we called out for a helping hand. We solved the room with 29 seconds to spare. It was such a neat and fun way to test your communication skills and handling stress with loved ones and friends. Totally recommend- Norwich is lucky to have them. The cherry on top is a prop-filled picture that Lexi took of us after we succeeded.

Locally-owned independent craft brewery with a 75-seat tap room located by the historic Norwich Harbor. An epicuran is typically a connoisseur of fine food, fun and wine. Why not include beer? The tap room is BYOF (bring your own food)/MYAH (make yourself at home) establishment, in a neighborhood with 10 restaurants.

A great library with a wide range of resources. Resources range from children to adult books, magazines, and computers. There is also volunteer opportunities for students during the summer. Conference rooms can also be used to have a private or silent study hall for yourself. It is a great place to hang out with your friends and is relatively quiet for the most part. The librarians are very nice and approachable so never be afraid to ask any questions.

These falls were beautiful, from both below and above. The footbridge gives you a great view. There is a parking lot just below the falls and then it is a short walk up a small hill. We had read reviews saying it was difficult to find if you use gps or google maps, so we just looked at a map of the area and it was very easy to find!
