This house is beautifully built and has a rich history surrounding the Battle of Franklin. The tour guide was dynamic and extremely informative! He not only spoke about the Lotz family history and house, he also spoke of individual soldiers stories from both sides of the civil war. This is a nice place for a short visit (about an hour tour) where you learn a lot.

I visited Arrington Vineyards on two separate girls' trips, with different friends..8 different women did nothing but rave about it...myself included. Only a 45 minute drive from downtown Nashville. First class all the way...beautiful walking trails, breathaking rolling hills, with picnic tables all over surrounded by the vineyards. Several different buildings to visit for different musical offerings..ie live music. Some of the best wine I ever had....also a great venue for grabbing edibles to enjoy with your wine.., wonderful experience and I will be going back to again and again. IF I lived there, I go all the time. Don't miss it!

The Historic Feed Mill is one of the biggest tourist attractions in Williamson County. The old mill was renovated and turned into and Amish County Market. Farmers market during spring, summer and Fall. Deli, Bakery and Grocery store providing the best Amish made products around. Open all year round. Please visit the barn next to the Mill with amazing county cottage style Mennonite made furniture.

Let me start this review by saying the people are exceptionally friendly and the food tastes average or slightly better than so.
However, the reason for the poor review is the complete misrepresentation of the "Breakfast Buffet" that the Feed Mill has on Saturday mornings. First off its not a buffet. After seeing numerous signs advertising the breakfast buffet (and being a true southerner, I LOVE BREAKFAST) I could not wait to swing by sometime and try out their stuff since I live 2 minutes away. I bought my meal (11$ for an adult) and then went to go get my buffet started. I was then informed after I had bought my meal and was standing in line that its not a buffet. You have a couple choices of meat (eggs, bacon, sausage) and you get to chose 2. Then you get to choose from the "breads" (biscuits or pancakes). After this thats it. No Mas! Best of all though however was that fact that drinks are not included. I assumed (incorrectly) that water would be included and I would understand if coffee or the like is extra. However for 11$ I did not get a drink.
I guess my real frustration was the assumption that buffet meant buffet. Not a slim meat and three style restaurant. Again, the people were exceptional nice. the food was average (maybe better if it weren't for the bad taste in my mouth regarding the false advertisement) and the store clean and pleasant.
Personally, I was disappointed at the misrepresentation and I will not be back. for 11$ I can get a full meal AND a drink elsewhere.

A beautiful , well-planned library with a complete selection to satisfy all ages. A wonderful (as well as creative) children's section, computers available for research, two designated staff members always available to assist with questions, rooms as well as individual desks for study, a thorough selection of adult books, DVD's, and audiobook tapes, a most efficient and friendly staff, and meeting rooms available for the Brentwood community to reserve. I haven't been in a better equipped or with more pleasing surroundings than this Brentwood Library

Opened in August 2014, the Ford Ice Center is a component of a public-private partnership between the Nashville Predators and Metro Nashville Government that will help continue the growth of hockey and all forms of recreational skating in Middle Tennessee.

I attended an adult hockey camp at this facility and WOW, what a nice place. Exceptionally clean, well lit with an excellent pro shop. Easy parking and a very friendly staff for skate sharpening!

A must see for Civil War and history buffs, Carnton was built in 1826 by former Nashville Mayor Randal McGavock. By the time of the Civil War, Carnton was home to John and Carrie McGavock and it was a large working farm. Over forty slaves lived and worked at Carnton in the years leading up to the Civil War. On November 30, 1864, the site was witness to the Battle of Franklin. Carnton became the largest field hospital in the area following the terrible battle, and in 1866 the McGavock Confederate Cemetery was established nearby. Today the cemetery holds the remains of nearly 1,500 Southern soldiers.

I love visiting old plantations and my husband does not, but he said this was o'kay. Lol The guide was knowledgeable and friendly. It was neat to learn about the family that lived here and the civil war battles here and around the area. Overall, the place is well-maintained and the tour was good.

It was good for what it is. Lots of attractions for the kids as long as they like farm things , like animals and hay bale mazes. My 4 yr old loved the wagon ride. Take lots of cash. You buy tickets for everything and they're not cheap .

Excellent park. Big and spacious. Many fields for soccer. Several tennis court. Excellent walking trails. Big playing area for kids. One problem crowded over the weekends during the soccer season and difficult parking. Recommended for visiting while in Brentwood.

The Market is open from the beginning of May till the end of October. It has everything you would want in a Farmers Market. An assortment of Meat and Produce Vendors. Prepared food to take home. Bakeries. Health and beauty Products, Craft vendors and much more. They advertise and being Producer only and that each vendor is strictly inspected. Come early and bring your grocery money because you can find just about everything you would ever want. They usually have a Food Truck also.
