Nizhnekamsk (Russian: Нижнекамск, IPA: [nʲɪʐnʲɪˈkamsk]; Tatar: Түбән Кама) is a city in the Republic of Tatarstan, Russia, located to the south of the Kama River between the cities of Naberezhnye Chelny and Chistopol. Population: 234,044 (2010 Census); 225,399 (2002 Census); 190,793 (1989 Census).

At the moment, about forty rare exhibits are collected in the museum: a Swiss military bicycle of the middle of the last century, a brand new American tandem, two-wheeled copies from Riga, several legendary Salyut, circus vehicles with a huge front wheel Penny-Farthing, several road bikes, and even the saying “pedal horse” is the brainchild of the Soviet toy industry.
