Ever since its opening in 1970, Tapperij Happerij Tapmarin has been the lively center of both the van Woustraat and the ‘Pijp’ area. Guests come from all over to enjoy a night of good, honest Amsterdam fun. Tapmarin’s secret? Cold beer, quality food, nice music, good people, and a strict no nonsense policy. Van Woustraat 130 is the address of hospitality. That’s why those celebrating birthdays, sports championships, or anything else don’t pay a fee for bringing their party to Tapmarin. For these occasions, guests can rent a private beer tap from which they can serve beer to a maximum of 120 guests. Only the drinks consumed are charged. This arrangement also applies to company events, group sessions, chess tournaments, presentations, or any other type of gathering. Tapperij Happerij Tapmarin is the real deal when it comes to Amsterdam bars.

It has been 6 years since our project appeared out of love to the Netherlands, enthusiastic study of local culture, avid book reading, walking through the winding streets, and meeting wonderful people. Starting with the cultural blog about the Netherlands we turned it into a guided tour project. Within a few years, we have assembled a team of like-minded people in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Morocco, and Russia. We brought together those who are also in love with their countries, deeply immersed in their culture, and can talk about it for hours on end. We are happy to share our knowledge and show these fabulous and hidden places from the eyes of tourists. The places that create this special image and character of each city. We can talk about architecture and innovations, history and art, national cuisine, local traditions, and legends. We will be glad to go with you on this adventure full of unexpected discoveries traveling through the centuries and tasting the local culture!
