Lakota Canyon Golf Course

It's a fun course to play. Designed by the same person who designed Fossil Trace Golf Course in Golden, CO. Lots of elevated tees and narrow canyons. Great views. The green fees are reasonable and the staff very friendly. If you stay in Glenwood Springs, many of the hotels have arrangements with the course for discounted green fees.

This is very average for a library and has a decent selection of books. We end up having to request most books from other places sadly. The librarians are very nice.

They were low ing the lake levels to make dam repairs the friday we visited, but it was still very pretty. There were shaded picnic tables and public restrooms and a swim beach for the kids. Good lake to kayak fish.

We booked an afternoon tour guides fishing trip down the Colorado. Our guide, Kendall, was incredibly patient with a couple of novice fly fishermen. His knowledge allowed us to have a safe, but fun day floating down the Colorado River. We can't say enough good things about this trip! This will be a vacation our family remembers for a lifetime.

Otherwise you could start from downtown and MTB up the Jolly Trail over to Vix park for extra mileage.

I love caves, So I wanted to check these out I didn't expect to find a whole theme park on top of the mountain.

The gondola ride up and down was very enjoyable, the caves were very nicely presented and with historical information on the finding of the caves.

The Alpine Coaster was a blast and a must Ride for any thrill-seekers out there!

My Wife and sons (21 and 24) and oldest sons GF (23) went and loved Glenwood Caverns Adventure Park .

Although the bridge closure didn't allow for a full trip down the river we still had a wonderful time. We we're given the opportunity to double down and the faster rapids. I would highly recommend this company. Our guide carebear was interesting and knowledgeable. He spoke with our kids and included them in on the fun instead of just directing conversation at the adults. Made my kids enjoy it just as much as myself. Very funny and entertaining bus ride back. Great company.
