The Good: good family entertainment, fairly priced, friendly staff, a wide variety of animals to view, feed, and interact with.
Now the Bad and Ugly: This attraction is in terrible need of some tender loving care by the owners. I found the Lazy 5 Ranch to be dirty, trashy and in a state of disrepair. Animals and birds in confined areas either had identification placards missing or barely readable due to age and weather damage. There was trash in and around some of the exhibits along with dead and decaying cactuses and plants. Some exhibits were dirty with stagnated pools of slime green water. All the pathways are gravel and dirt. Wear old shoes! Not suitable for wheelchair access either. If you just want to be able to see and feed a few animals—OK, don’t expect much more. Otherwise , go to the zoo.

Wonderful culinary/walking tour of Davidson. Our tour guide Teresa gave the history of the town, the college and several homes and church's as we walked. The restaurant owners were gracious -and served generous samples. Come hungry! We started at Brickhouse, then walked to The Famous Toastery, The Soda Shop, South Main Sweet Shop, Fuel Pizza and finally ending at Campania. Thank you Teresa!!

Clean, friendly, relatively safe...
Prices are average considering what it provides.
However, understaffed, poorly managed....but management is over-tasked given the circumstances...so it's not management's fault.
Ticket machines always going xown...and staff are over-tasked and can'tfix machines...
Could be a lot better....but still enjoyable...FYI yhey only have two cashier stations and their process os too labor intensive. A customer should be entirely dealt with a touch screen system.

Clean shop with great fan access via the upstairs walkway. Great views of the garage area and working shop. Lots of banners, trophies and views of the cars and garage area. Didn't find any great prices in their shop but Indy merch was also available. A must visit for any Nascar fan in the area.

I always stop by when I'm in town for my yearly business trip. It is a nice and quaint shop. They are always friendly. I have stopped in before and talked with Kerry Earnhardt. I have also met Kelley Earnhardt Miller. Both are extremely nice and down to earth.

Carrigan Farms is the premier outdoor wedding venue in the Charlotte area. Situated on the water, our rock quarry's combination of majestic cliffs and white sand are breathtaking. Additionally, Carrigan Farms specializes in growing fresh fruits and vegetables. Every May, the farm's strawberry fields are open to the public for strawberry picking. Every September, the farm's apple orchard is open to the public for apple picking, and every October the farm has acres and acres of pumpkins growing. Be sure to visit in October with your family for an old fashioned hayride to the pumpkin patch and pick your Halloween pumpkin right from the vine! For ages 12 and above, Carrigan Farms hosts a spine-tingling haunted trail, Scarrigan Farms, each Friday, Saturday and Sunday night in October. We hope to see you at the farm soon!Sincerely, The Carrigan Farms Family
This is a one of a kind swimming hole/ picnic area. It is closed for private events, but occasionally they have an open day, where people can for a fee swim at the quarry and have a picnic, it is really worth it.

two of us visited here on 2/2/19. A $10/ea entry fee but well worth it. For us older kids lots of memories and for the younger generation how racing has progressed. Thanks for your service and we are glad we could assist you in allowing you a more comfortable visit!

Vast coverage of all types of racing and great source for story verification. I love history and telling its stories and this place provides immense amounts of information. Also enjoyed the Stocks for Tots event they put on annually was absolutely overwhelming, we had a great time and can't wait to attend next year. Thank you for your hospitality.

I always end up taking taking a trip here at least a few times a year. It's cool to see some of Kyle's cars and trucks. As well as the trophies. I haven't been since they have remodeled though, but planning too. Love the gift shop and Kelli and the whole staff is always friendly. I've visited several shops but KBM and Joe Gibbs Racing are my favorite.

This is a wonderful place to visit. They have taken the time to arrange their wide collection of memorabilia in a way that shows great respect for the veterans who have served our country. Whether it is for a quiet visit or whether you come on Saturday's for the Bluegrass music, this place is a must see when in the Mooresville area.
The history behind this museum is a story in and of itself.
