We at the PEF work towards giving the critically endangered Philippine Eagle a fighting chance to survive and thrive in its natural territory. The place where they breed and take phil. Eagles which are endangered to refuge. It is far from the city proper which is a good place so that it is quiet. You could see them face-front and near. They are really amazing raptors. There are other animals that are also kept in this place such as owls and other domesticated possible and endangered species. A self walk tour is already sufficient to learn from this place. If you get the chance to drop by here. Please follow their rules and buy their stuff to support this foundation.

best option for those who do not have a day to spare. very close to Davao City and has lots of animal attractions with live animal shows also. My kids enjoyed it very much

This was the 2nd stop in our island hopping trip and this place I was soo sold out with.. I never wanted to leave not when I was feeling hungry for lunch which we had in Daku Island, but this was amazingly instagrammable and a #goals island to be in when visiting Siargao there were boats that can freely dock even a yacht was there when we visited (so #goals ????????????). Took soo much photos to our heart's content. It was so fun for videoing instagramming beach bumming and even beach sports like volleyball. I wasn't able to snorkel coz it was just all sand and some fish when I dipped, the current was also strong when I visited but it wasn't really strong to create big waves just enough to have fun all day♥♥ For more photos (the MB size is limited here) or if you have questions or if your planning to visit Siargao or Cebu (my hometown????) or Bohol (captured my heart) follow and DM me in Instagram @christine.arisola ♥♥♥

Visit the new temporary location and get amazed by how rich Mindanao culture and heritage is. Get the guided tour and ask for Sir Randy. He is very knowledgeable and informative. I am looking forward to the new 5 storey building that is being constructed in cooperation with the National Museum. I am sure that the museum will be so huge and beautiful! This is a must visit when you go to Davao. Admission is free.
