Seclusion? Yes. Hiking and biking? Yes. Scenic beauty? You bet. Proximity to the MIssissippi? Yes. And the best hamburgers in Tennessee at the Cornerstone Cafe/Citgo Station? Absolutely.
Showers were old but the water was hot and there was plenty of it. For those without a phone hot spot, WiFi isn't available except at the visitor center. Hey, you're camping, gotta expect this. The above items far overshadowed these minor drawbacks.

Fully interactive fun for the whole family, groups of friends, or team-building activities! Find clues and solve puzzles to "escape" one of the themed rooms before time runs out!
I do a lot of escape rooms. A lot. Too many, some would say. My accountant, for instance. After doing more than 30, I have found that escape room businesses that create their own rooms from scratch are generally much more fun than those that buy their rooms. The Bluff City team are great at creating their own rooms. I've done them all, now, and I can safely say that there is nothing more fun to do in Bartlett. They put effort and heart into their rooms, and it shows.
Don't take your date to a movie. That's lame. You're lame for considering it. Take them to an escape room, and see if they have the skills to be useful to you when the world inevitably falls into chaos.

Scenic vineyard and winery. Open Tuesday thru Sunday for wine tastings, wine by the glass and wine by the bottle. Friday night is free family friendly live music on our grassy amphitheater. Check out our music schedule on Facebook. We host any size events - from small groups, weddings, rehearsal dinners, weddings, and more.
We enjoy wineries/vineyards, and we are so pleased with the recent opening of Delta Blues WInery! The wine-making/retail/tasting building sits on a hill overlooking a lake and acres of grapes vines. Totally picturesque! Behind the main building is a natural amphitheater overlooking a covered stage and concrete dance floor. Why a stage and dance floor? The venue has outdoor musical entertainment early spring through fall with many popular local and regional music acts. You can bring your lawn chairs, snacks, sample some of the delicious wines made there....AND hear some really great music! In addition to tastings and wine for purchase, the main building also has a variety of retail items you can purchase! One of the area's best kept secrets! Make plans to go soon....then often....take friends....you'll have a blast!

Bellevue offers year-round family-oriented activities in a Christian environment. The huge campus has evolved into a small City.
Getting to know people & making friends with like interests is easy. Bellevue is not a place where people head for the doors immediately after the final Prayer. The atmosphere is one of support & uplifting others.
The Parenting & Singles classes have been particularly valuable, as amazing Leaders draw those who want to be proactive & live their best life.
The featured Outreach annual event is the Singing Christmas Tree. The number of people involved in the production reached 1,000 this year. The presentation was mesmerizing, the storyline & score brilliant. Opening night this year exceeded last year’s attendance by 1,000!

the good points:
i thought 30 dollars for a cart and 18 holes was more than reasonable. i have no idea how anybody could find this expensive.
they had an interesting layout of holes. there was a good variety of obstacles. lots of water. lots of sand. for a hack like me, it was plenty challenging.
the facilities are great. the cart has its own distance finder and gps. i thought that was cool.
the bad:
maybe we went at a bad time of year, but the greens and fairways could have been more green. they were sort of burned and brown, like it hadn't rained in a year and it was 90 degrees, sunny, and dry year round.
similarly, the sand traps were more like baked mud traps. some were sandy, many were not.
there was a little renovation going on at the time on the back nine around the 16th hole which made it play like hitting into across drainage ditches on that one hole.
when we got there it wasn't crowded, but it got every crowded in a hurry to the point where there were more people driving around than a shanghai freeway. there were people waiting, or asking if we wanted to play through like, every other hole.
in general, though, i liked the course and i'd go there again if i were in the neighborhood.

My wife and I stopped by on our way home from a short anniversary trip to Memphis. The wine was fantastic. We got 2 bottles of watermelon wine to take home with us. And we still cherish the wine glasses we bought there.

Andy B's Bowling Center is a fun place to take the family. The bowling alleys are top notch and they also have many video games for everyone to play. We took our grandson and had such a great time bowling. We selected the Halloween theme among many options on the scoreboard. Our grandson loved seeing the Halloween cartoon characters come up ea. time after we bowled. They would make a cute remark about each frame on how we did. There is also a really nice snack bar area too. We look forward to taking him again in the future.

My wife suprised me with a drive experience at Memphis International Race Track. It was a very memorable experience. The staff and instructors were very helpful and informative. I decided to do the ride along and the drive experience. I recommend doing both. My wife experienced the ride along with a professional driver. She said it was AWESOME! I will definitely be going back. Thanks Rusty Wallace for a GREAT time!
