We drove by Lake Pepin. Looks like there is plenty to do on the water here. We saw a lot of recreational boats on the water and people on the beaches. Camping, boat launch and parks throughout, The view and area is beautiful. This would be a fun area for families with children.

This golf course is appropriately named. It really is a jewel to play. Beautiful, well laid out and forgiving. The staff, as well, is extremely accommodating. Worth the drive.

The Pearl Button Factory is a great place to visit when you're in Lake City! The new management has expanded the clothing section and added to the variety of unusual gift items. The antiques are reasonably priced and artfully arranged. I love to wander ths beautiful store in search of treasures for myself and gifts for family and friends.
