I have been going to Prem yoga for a little over three months now and I feel more peace, strength and motivation than I have in a long time! The classes and services at Prem truly embody all the benefits of authentic yoga. It would be hard for me to decide which classes I enjoy more from the traditional early morning hatha and vinyasa classes with Pearl to the intuitive movement and breath work classes with Dr. Zakaria and then there are the guided pranayama classes with master teacher Bita, her breadth of understanding and knowledge is amazing! The Ayurvedic consultation with Dr. Zakaria really gave me insight into a whole new realm of health and natural balancing and when i have needed more balance, relief or relaxation the Ayurvedic massages given by Baboo have been absolute bliss! This wonderful family of yoga practitioners and students is managed by Naina and she is absolutely wonderful at caring for every last and important detail. An extra thanks to Dao as well who keeps the studio cleaned, the tea hot and the post workout forehead towels cool and refreshing. Prem is a warm and accepting family of wonderful devoted individuals who truely practice what they preach and offer well-being through the many languages of yoga! Such a blessing to find this unassuming little studio with such a big heart tucked back in a quiet soi off Sukhimvit 26!

Exceptional Service by Khun Aoi, Khun Faii, Khun Mew and a special Thanks to Khun Jariya (the best table, thank you), for making this a special night to remember and all of the bar staff at Vanilla Sky who delivered delicious cocktails, especially the signiture cocktail, to us throughout the night. My new favourite place to visit and I will back for sure. If you want the good city view, be sure to ask for table 27... Great food and again the service was beyond my expectations. Such a neat and delicate treats found amid the city. I’ve just moved to around queen sirikit convention center and this wonderful small spa is just 8 mins drive. (Probably even closer from Thonglor) The staffs, therapist and the product are pretty high standard. Treatment is neat and attentive. I’ve tried body scrub and hot oil massage. So relaxing and rejuvenating ???? Let’s say a luxury hotel spa’s gesture in warm and homie price and environment. I will definitely become Preme spa regular guest. P.S. their facial treatment use THREE brand which my favorite skincare brand. Will try next time ;)
