As Cave Spring Vineyard celebrates 35 years of winemaking excellence, it is with a sense of deep appreciation for the place our wines are born. Cave Spring has established itself as one of Canada’s most acclaimed wineries. The distinct soil and climate of our vineyards on the Beamsville Bench have and will always play a critical role in the ongoing journey of crafting elegant and distinctive cool-climate wines.
The first stop on our recent wine tour and by far the most authentic and informative. Great wine in a beautiful setting. Not to be missed

The wines are stellar but the real treat here is the fun, friendly staff. Plus the views and the tasting tent.

Calamus winery was amazing for my sons wedding especially during covid. Peter and Makayla went over and beyond to make it a truly special experience. Communication with them was a daily email if needed and was needed when our plans had to be altered many times. We used the upstairs loft for 25 guest and 155 on zoom. From the bridle suite to the downstairs wine cellar there are endless great photo opportunities and plenty of space to spread out, be safe and have a lovely wedding cermony, wine tasting and charcuterie boxes for our guests. And their wine was spectacular! Can't wait to go back next summer for a real party. Thank you for making our day truly special especially in these tough times.

Creekside Estate Winery has become a haven for wine enthusiasts. A small premium producer, Creekside is known for being both quirky and irreverent, but also generating some of the best wines in Canada. Creekside specializes in grape varieties that are a rarity in Niagara such as Syrah and Sauvignon Blanc. The winery is winning top awards in national and international wine competitions. Key wins for the winery include Ontario's Best Red Wine. Recently the winery expanded its retail facility, and launched The Deck at Creekside. This spacious covered deck offers a scenic view and offers lunches throughout the summer. The winery also features one of Ontario’s first and largest underground barrel cellars. Our retail tasting bar is also equipped with some of the friendliest and knowledgeable folks in town, making a visit to the winery a comfortable, casual and fun experience.

I love Louth Conservation Area There is a waterfall here and it is beautiful. The waterfall is spring. We hike to see former waterfalls or small rivers. We cannot be bored here. It is a must see! It is a must see!

We loved the reimagined food with local ingredients (Hawaiian pizza Chicago style with peaches; edamame guac). It was a quiet Monday and we enjoyed chatting with our server and chefs Ricky and Olivia as the sun set.
