Enjoy cooking of Japanese dishes at the traditional Japanese house(more than 100 years old). We use organic vegetables in my garden.We cook dishes with non -chemical seasoning. You can also enjoy the Japanese architecture and the Japanese garden.

What a fantastic time we had at Kura Cooking for my boyfriend's birthday! We opted to cook a traditional japanese meal set, having lived in Japan so long it was great to see how we could make simple delicious dishes at home. It was very simple to get there especially as Yuko-san was able to collect us straight from the train station. Yuko-san is a fantastic English speaker and it was wonderful chatting together about life in Japan and England too. She is such a warm and friendly person it immediately puts you at ease. Her classes are set within her traditional japanese family home. It was wonderful to see her beautiful home and garden. It was great to sample and taste homemade miso and delicious homemade yuzu candies with tea. If you are ever in Aichi-ken and you want to learn to cook something new I can't recommend this class highly enough. Please go and experience it for yourself!
