Serving as the main port town for the island of the same name, the town of Ischia has been inhabited for centuries, famous for its beaches and the healing waters of its spas. The town is divided in two: Ischia Porto is the harbor district and commercial center of the island, filled with brightly lit taverns and bars, and Ischia Ponte, the historic quarter, with its ancient castle and its stone streets seemingly frozen in time.

You can walk from the town to this castle along a promenade, there is an elevator to take you part way up and the views are stunning and it is a very interesting place to visit, you need about three hours there

Exclusive Enoteca with Roman grotto. Perrazzo Vini is the oldest wine production on the island (from 1880) owning an old wine cave with a private collection of 12 000 bottles. Enjoy wine tasting of traditional classic wines and new blends. Pay attention to Felice and Lepus - a recent creation, specially for two typical dishes of the island, seafood and rabbit. Officially certified wines only.

Beach of maronti the magic place of ischia.two kilometres of the sand.spring water, diving & swimming .welcome to paradise.
Beautiful beach on the south end of the island. A great place to let your Elana Ferante dreams run wild. I loved collecting the tile fragments that washed up in the shore all day. No idea if this is a standard occurrence here or something special but it was special to me. Highly recommend

The hot sources that come from the mountain and reach the sea make this spot a place where you can bathe even in january. My wife and I always stay in for hours, enjoying the view while feeling like when we take a bath in the tub!
