Classicon is a store with traditional products on the main street of Vassiliki village. Our store's purpose is to offer customers traditional, carefully selected local products from Lefkada island but also from all over Greece, as well as elegant decorative folk art items. We would like to thank all of you who embraced us from the first moment. Any suggestions are always welkome and of cource usef
We had a very impressive experience in this shop. The owner in very knowledgeable and tought us many things that usually trip guides use to, all beggining with a story regarding a certain authentic greek product. Hope we'll meet again soon! Congrats!

Whilst small and limited, visitors get a comprehensive insight into how olive oil used to be manufactured, as well as the opportunity to taste some local oils, olive paste, chilli jams and rose liqueur. At the bargain price of €2.50

Been 4 times in Lefkada for Vacation, first time have the pleasure to relax on Ammoussa beach. There is parking available, coffee and restaurant. Prices are totally affordable narrowing to cheap. 2 sun beds+umbrella+little table costs 5 euro. Recommend to visit it either in the beginning or in the end of the season. Otherwise it gets crowded. Easily this beach became one of my favorite in Lefkada island.

We visited several beaches this year but we came back to this one four times. The turning off the main road takes you through some farmland and olive groves before you meet the newly laid tarmac and start the descent with 14 hairpin bends. Some is tarmac, some is concrete, but if you're on a scooter BEWARE of loose gravel and sand on the bends. We took a Quad and we saw large camper vans, so all vehicles are possible. The reward is the amazing view to the beach on the way down, free parking and a few cafe-bars serving what you need to get through the day. We liked the fact that the umbrellas are in a single line, not ten deep like some beaches. It means you have just a few steps to the sea. Clean clear blue water and a clean sandy / gravel beach. Sunbeds are €10/day. It's not crowded or people packed like sardines. It's peaceful with only the sound of the waves. We may go back to Lefkada next year, if only to visit this beach again.

It is the main beach for windsurfers on the island, because, in the summer months, a warm wind blows, called Eric. So wait for a windy beach and I recommend it only if you want to take windsufing lessons. The beach is with pebble, but entry into water is with fine sand and after about 50 m from the shore it just reaches 1.70m deep. Although it is constantly blowing a strong wind, the long bay protects it from the waves. The western part of the beach, in the Ponti area, is equipped with deck chairs, umbrellas and a lot of taverns. At lunchtime, it is pleasant to walk through the harbor and the resort of Vasiliki, where you can dine at the waterfront taverns.
