The curator and staff were friendly. We bought some tree seedlings and hand woven scarves. You pay P150 for entrance comes with hot chocolate and bread. If you would like to schedule dinners or lunches you have to pre book a week in advance.

Iloilo's Smallville is not the boring farm town of Clark Kent. It is Iloilo's night spot where an overload of bars, food places, and cafes can be found.
Much potential is seen in the vast vacant areas of Smallville. Most clubs offer great music through live bands paired with EDM during intermission. Drinks are great and sumptuous food may be eaten in nearby restos.

The Molo Mansion is one of Iloilo City's finest old homes. It was built in the 1920's and was reopened to the public in 2015. It currently serves at the backdrop of art exhibits, markets, fairs, special occasions, and photo shoots.
This attraction serves as souvenirs shops with local products of iloilo, including pearls(tanahan), accessories from pearls, shells and etc. , souvenirs from iloilo city and souvenir T shirsts with screens of Dinagyang festival. Outside the mansion , there is a coffeeshop and icecream shop locating in green garden with shades of trees.

The busy commercial district of Iloilo. There were a lot to buy to take back home. What amazed me were the buildings along this street. It looks like you are in a European avenue. Old buildings in a row

I arrived without prior notice and Bobo, the caretaker, dropped what he was doing to show me around. This is the home of the wife of a past Fiipino vice-president, and he lived here for several years. Bobo happily took a picture of me sitting at the VP's desk. An interesting place and I am glad I went.

Visit the Iloilo City Gallery, Tourism Office and the Penthouse on the 8th floor to see the view of the Iloilo River and the city.
The museum on the first floor is a great way to learn the quick history of the city. Take time to go to the top and to have a good view of the city.
