The largest island along Brazil's coast and, literally, a “beautiful island,” Ilhabela offers visitors almost 40 kilometers of pristine beaches and a tropical island's worth of hiking trails, waterfalls and even a nascent party scene. At 207 kilometers from the city of São Paulo, Ilhabela can get crowded, so try to get your beach time in during the work week.

Great for families, lots of paid parking spots, some quiosks offer parking, probably there is a minimum consumption in exchange. But if you arrive early you can find a nice spot under a tree for a perfect shade. They offer SUP, cayak and other water activities no waves, clear water, my favorite beach in Ilhabella

I am not sure if this is the most beautiful beach on the island, but it's my favorite. It is easily accessible for a family with small children and you find great restaurants/bars with amazing service here. The water is always clean ans the waves are not to big. Great for a family with kids! You can also find small stores where you can buy beach toys, beachwear and other items.

if you're in ilha bela make sure to visit this amazing beach. it's one of the most beautiful I have ever been to. the calmness, quietness and scenic view are the perfect combination for a great time. the beach is just the entrance to a tiny village, filled with hostels and tiny restaurants amongst private houses. the whole place is amazing and you get there by boat or via a trail (~15K). we were lucky enough to be there on a sunny and hot day. it was just perfect. we'll be back for sure!

This was a unique stop on our tour of Ilhabela here at Sino Beach. The real attraction here are the bell ringing rocks that are found here. I have never seen this phenomena of lithophonic rocks, or ringing bell rocks before. Worth seeing for yourself. BOTTOM LINE: This was a city tour stop for us and it was pretty cool. When you hit the large rocks with a small hand sized rock at the end of the walkway it sounds like the ringing of a bell. Each large bolder sounds different. The beach here is very nice with calm waters. Vendors offer umbrellas, chairs and tables to rent. The water is perfect for families with kids. There is also a nice restaurant located here also. MY RATING: 8/10

Nature is beautiful! What a splendid place/. Be prepared for a short trail. Not too taxing but can get a little lost on the way back.

It was a full moon night. We took a wine and sat on the rocks. We could breath and feel the spirit of this curious island, this Beautiful Island, as the name says.
