You will spot the peninsula from the coastal road. Just make sure you exit the narrow unpaved lane leading to an off road parking lot, and have at least 2 hrs free time. One hour to explore the Ali Pasha Tepelena castle at the peninsula top (read that review), and afterwards to take a relaxing swim or two in beautiful and calm Palermo bay beach.

Came down to Gjipe for a day, but stayed for the night since there is camp at the beach. Also there are a few bars/restaurants at the location. We left the car at the parking, and went down on foot beacuse the road to the beach is driveable only by 4x4 vehicles.

I love this beach because there is a love of space. Beach is with pebbles, crystal clear waters, you can rent umbrellas or have your own, and you can eat very good dishes in some local tavernas with reasonable prices. Among them i would suggest Angelos restaurant.

Filikuri beach is a small bay surrounded by high cliffs. The Filikuri beach is located between the beach of Potam and the beach of Llaman. Access to the beach become easily by boats which you can hire from different places or even swimming. If you want to spend an entire day in Filikuri make sure to get enough food and plenty of water with you because no shops on the beach.
The blue and green waters catched my breath away.It was a private clean beach where U can enjoy the cristal waters and mesmerizing nature. Furthermore, our guide guy, Niko, was very very friendly and brave.I will definitely recommend to others. It was an experience not to be missed!

Situated in Porto Palermo Bay or Panorma Bay in ancient times. Built by a French architect who also built a secret tunnel under the 32 m deep well. Legend says that to keep this secret, Ali Pasha killed the architect along with the engineers after the works were completed. I was there last weekend and this time I liked it more as the guide in charge there gave us a more detailed presentation of the history of this castle and the life of Ali Pasha. Not to mention the stunning landscape of the Albanian Riviera from the towers of this castle.

The best beach in Albanian riviera, the water was crystal clean , it was organized and with beautiful clubs. We stayed at Hola summer club. It was great for young people and we had a great time there. The ambiance was nice and the music great. The staff except from good-looking , they were kind and helpful. The alcohol was super. I didn’t have a hangover the next day, and we drunk a lot ???? if you are couples or a group of friends , u should definitely visit this place, because combines the relaxation on those comfortable beds enjoying the sun and the exceptional party life .There is something for everyone. Last but not least, it was great value for money. We paid for 1 umbrella and 2 beds less than 5 euros and the cocktail cost around 6 euros or less. I was shocked ???? I can’t wait coming back this summer and stay longer Love u albania ????????

Mariachi Beach is located 350 meters from the center of Himara city. During the summer it is very populated, mainly by local tourists. This beach is bordered by the Sfageios beach and the beach of Guma. On this beach, there are also rocks near the sea where young people play and have fun all day long.
