My 3 kids (ages 13, 8 and 6), their grandparents and I arrived at 1pm, when the pool opened. There was a long line that went outside the facility but moved rather quickly. After paying only $18 for all of us, we were met immediately by another employee showing us which way the boys went and which way to the girls changing area. She also reminded us to shower before entering the pool area. So we did, everyone did that I could see. The showers, changing area and bathroom were very clean and everything was in working condition. A big sign at the pool entrance said "No shoes or sandals on the pool deck" and this was strictly enforced. The deck and pool area were immaculate! There were 2 slides in the pool area, one body slide and one tube slide that you could ride either single or double on, swimming lanes for lap swimmers, a small lazy river, a toddler/young child area with a small "fish" slide, 2 diving boards and a nice swimming area. The tubes offered for the last river and slide were always available and in excellent shape. The lifeguards were attentive and there is absolutely no running on deck or any type of horseplay allowed in or out of the water. The concession area was clean, reasonable and offered things like: hot dogs, pizza, chicken tenders, hamburger, chips, fruit snacks, soda, juice and frozen treats. A combo meal of pizza, chips and a soda was $6. A hot dog, chips and soda was $5. There weren't any "healthier" selections like a sub sandwich or baked chips, fruit etc. but my kids ate, loved it and went right back to swimming :-) Sitting areas had some shade and nice loungers to stretch out and relax on. My family and I will be back! A great place for kids and folks of all ages to either stay for a bit or plan a whole day poolside. *I noticed starting August 21st that pool hours change until September when they close for the season so make sure to look the hours up or call before you visit.*

1st time visit for my brother-in-law. He really enjoyed it. Was impressed by the number of cars and how well most of them were taken care of. He was also impressed with the steam engine they have. The fact that it still runs was amazing. It was a great outing

We played this house on a company visit to the state. It is everything people say about it. Diabolical, beautiful and super challenging. The caddies are so awesome! Nice job dealing with our crew. I brought the house to it's knees. I believe it is still laughing at my play that day. Thankful we played the white tees' which was only 6233 yards. Yep only! The black tee's are 7800 yards. We walked 10 miles that day. Of course the caddies and forecaddies know the course inside and out and tried their hardest to help a couple of us but not sure there was much they could do. They were wonderful and had fun as well. We were the first group out which was nice and no pressure all day. The course is so well maintained and you need to be precise with your shots. They had a small lodge on property but we did not stay there. They also have a restaurant which we ate at when the runs was done. Order the fescue rescue drink. When your round is done you will understand an appreciate it. Lot's of fun, great golf and now plan the return!
