We loved visiting this place. All you heard from everyone walking through was " I had one of those". It was a trip down memory lane for our family which included our 22 year old. Toys from the 50's through current years. Truly a wonderful and fun place to walk through. The collections are outstanding and best of all it's free! Definitely a must see for young and old!

Locals think of this 165-foot gap as "Vermont's Grand Canyon."
Visited Quechee Gorge on Fall Foliage tour and it was a gorgeous site. The Gorge looked beautiful with the fall colors and there is a trail that goes along the river if you are able be sure to take the short hike to the falls well worth the trip. Colors are beautiful and the falling leaves in the breeze so lovely!!!

Always a favorite with the many birds and exhibits, this location has really upped its game with its new CANOPY WALK through the trees. It is only 1 of 4 in the whole country and provides an amazing experience. If you are in the area, do NOT miss this place

When you visit Simon Pierce you have several options on things to do. You can visit the store and purchase beautiful glassware; or you can stop st their bar and have a drink; or you can make reservations and enjoy an excellent meal. You can also go downstairs and see how the expert glass makers make the beautiful glassware they sell. These people are craftsmen. It is amazing to see them at their craft. As you walk around downstairs you can also go outside and see the beautiful waterfall adjacent to their property.

Stayed here for 3 nights over Memorial Day weekend and it was great! Clean, quiet campground with central access to all the great sights in the surrounding area, including Quechee, Hartland, Woodstock, White River, etc. Would definitely stay again, as the sites were well laid out so that they were spread out, large, and private, so that you didn’t feel on top of your neighbors.
