What an amazing place to visit so so much to see and brings back lots of memories of my childhood. Friendly staff. We were only there for 1 hour as we were passing through but could have spent so much longer. Well worth a visit

If you are in Gunnedah or just passing through you must visit this lookout. Very nice walks in the Reserve as well.

Not just a great lookout high above the town - gee is it worth the visit. The view is expansive and impressive. You truly are on top of the town. Be sure to drop into the Tourist Info Centre to grab the little flyer that explains the sculptures - they are beautiful and their meanings are very special. Well worth a visit.

Fabulous views over the town and country. The art on the water tower pays tribute to our involvement in the Vietnam War and is beautifully done and very moving. Really good information about exactly what it depicts. Sadly the museum was not open but we felt Anzac Park was a great place for peaceful reflection.

Gunnedah was an 'on the way to somewhere else' stop. We dropped into the Visitor Info Centre and were really pleased with the tips we received. We ended up being in the area for half the day and really enjoyed having a good look around. The lady that helped us at the Info Centre was super friendly and very helpful. Be sure to pick up the flyer for the sculptures on Pensioners Hill. Theres no signage up there to explain what you're looking at. The flyer has it all.
