We took a little tour of the facility, now used for small concerts seasonally. We could just imagine putting on community theater or attending in years gone by. Still a lovely grand theater and being kept in shape by local volunteers.

I golfed the links course and it was in excellent condition from the tee shot to the fairways to the greens. The greens are fast so land you approach shot short they will run the greens are fast and undulating.

We go here for Farmers Market on Friday and Saturdays. Last Saturday of month they have Bingo, so much fun. There are exercise classes, art classes and much more. There is a calendar of events online. They just keep making it better and better. We are only vacationers here but lots of fun is always happening at Town Square.

My friends got married at the Heidel House, and all of us in the bridal party got shuttled over to the Evensong Spa for our hair and makeup. The spa itself is absolutely stunning and gorgeous! I would love to come back in the future and enjoy more of the actual spa and maybe get a massage or facial. The ladies we worked with were all absolutely wonderful! They were so talented, skilled, friendly, and fun to work with! All of us left feeling so beautiful and ready for our friends’ big day! It was a truly fun part of the day and I would recommend it to any bridal party, or anyone who wants to treat themselves!

Have made many trips here over the years! Such a beautiful place to be! Gorgeous, clear lake, rooms or cottages to rent, and good, Christian atmosphere!! Worth a trip! Great swimming area/beach and boats to rent!
