Our family is visiting the area from Las Vegas and we are a bunch of true crime lovers so we just had to go to the Lizzie Borden house! The tour exceeded our expectations! Our tour guide, Sue, was so awesome! You could tell she truly enjoyed what she does! She had such a cool enthusiasm and all of the small details made the tour truly special! She gave a great narration and then let us tour the rooms after each section. We are definitely going to come again for the nighttime tour to hear all of her paranormal stories!! Definitely worth the visit! Hope they open Maplecroft by the next time we return! Thank you, Sue!!

I'm embarrased to say I've forgotten to review Hartley's in fall river, mass. On our way going or returning to the boston area from the south coastHartley's has become a MUST STOP.On our last trip not long ago we were talking to a couple in front of us/we usually ask where people are from/this couple lived near the pork pie shop in pawtucket/lincoln r.i. but take the drive to fall river for a better product. My girlfriend and I agree the chicken pie keeps the best and the seasonal turkey pie (large only) is a steal at 8 bucks. We have hit the road early on our last few trips and had a pork pie for breakfast. bring plactic bowls and use their plastic forks and napkins. Our last take away had two slices pizza/BARROOM TYPE PIZZA/two stuffed quahogs, two or four small chicken pies/and a large frozen turkey pie/about 25 bucks.Forget Mrs Budds pie/forget Blakes pie Hartley pies are as good as a person can get anywhere. In closing it's afamily business and it appears like most hands on deck during peak hours which could be most of the day.We bring two coolers depending what we're doing in the area/usually a weekend getaway to newport.Give Hartley'pork pies a try turkey pies go away early January so put a spring in your step, you won't hate their products.

What a great venue for watching local and regional musicians! We had so much fun and there really is not a bad seat in the house!

The beautiful old home it is housed in is a real gem. Loved all the furnishings and paintings and learning the history of Fall River. The tour was most informative and our guide such a nice lady. The red dining room built in the round was quite interesting and was intrigued by the Lizzie Borden exhibit. Neat little gift shop with a friendly staff.
