Had a Super Shuttle ride scheduled but then they closed down. In looking for an alternative, I was discouraged by the lousy reviews of other companies. When I ran across Go Ride with 100% "Excellent" reviews, I was skeptical (too good to be true??). But they absolutely delivered perfection. We choose a private Black Sedan with Meet & Greet service and it was perfect from beginning to end. After exiting the secured area at LAX, there was Cecilia with a luggage cart. She took us to the luggage area, loaded up our bags and then a short walk across the street to the parking garage and we were off to our Cruise Port hotel. Exceptional door-to-door service -- if was just so easy. This is a small, family owned business. Another side of the family owns "U Ride" (also with 100% Excellent reviews). The two businesses are separate, but they work with each other if needed to take care of you (Cecelia was actually from U Ride).

Came here from a recommendation from my friends in town. I've a a very stressful month and needed a lot of pampering.. this place with the waterfall entrance and rich mineral water bath soothe my mind and body!. I also got a thai massage which made the while experience amazing!. Will definitely come back!
