One of Florida's few remaining undisturbed barrier islands.
This was a simple morning paddle for our family of 4 (8 & 10 yr olds). We rented two double kayaks from Sail Honeymoon for 2 hours ($45/kayak) which was long enough to paddle over, explore the Caladesi Island and paddle back. The tide was low and we even found an area of live sand dollars on the way. Highly recommend!

For over 35 years, the Dunedin Fine Art Center (DFAC) has been offering exciting art opportunities in a most welcoming kind of way. St. Petersburg Times writer Lennie Bennett says that DFAC is “the artistic equivalent of a village square,” offering quality experiences to people of all ages. DFAC offers year-round exhibitions in four galleries featuring national, regional and local artists. Classes for students 4 yrs. to 97 yrs. fill 15 studio classrooms and a changing yearly theme makes the David L. Mason Children’s Art Museum a hands-on experience not to be missed. You can take some time to enjoy a delicious lunch or gourmet coffee in the Palm Café, or search out one-of-a-kind gifts in the Gallery Gift Shop. Come out and PLAY at the Dunedin Fine Art Center and see why people say it’s where the ART is!
There's usually an interesting exhibit and the classes can't be beat. Very good instructors, and if you're here for only a short time, there's often a one-day thing to do Great for all ages. Truly a gem in the area.

Whew! Have really enjoyed using this trail both for recreation and for getting places! Beautiful to be out and getting some fresh air! Along the path I take are homes, businesses, a school, and parks, such as Wall Springs Park (restrooms). The trail is provides for two-way bike traffic and a pathway for walkers. As for access, I am a resident, not a tourist, and I'm able to come from my home. Others also converge onto the trail from their communities. Some people park at neighboring parking lots. Some park along the road. There are places along the way to stop for refreshments, and that would include restrooms. I would encourage people with bicycles to take the trail; not sure how it is for those going by foot.

How lovely to be able to sit for a bit, relax, then stroll down along Edgewater to the water on St Joe Sound, where you always see neat birds, nice people, and occasionally, a dolphon or two pop up. The park has a nice playground and restrooms available.

Nice walking trails, very well marked. Maps are plentiful. Very picturesque area. Rest rooms, disc golf, kids playground and a butterfly garden. Excellent place to visit. Also check out the historic church by the entrance. You can also turn off the Pinellas trail, just follow the signs north of downtown Dunedin.

Permanent collection of rare Beatles memorabilia from signed guitars to strands of Beatles hair. Vintage Yellow Submarine & Sgt. Pepper mementos to Beatles puppets and pins. Beatles clothes, John's glasses and original signed documents
This museum is a Beatles fan delight. To find it, go to the rear of the building, turn left and stairs or elevator will get you there. Inside are several artists studios. Follow the blue arrows on the floor. You will find the one room museum on the opposite side of the second floor entrance. The museum is packed with a portion of a private collection of Beatles memorabilia. Items include: signed guitars, doll figures, concert ticket stubs (note the prices!), clothing worn by one of the Beatles, lunch boxes. Having been part of Beatlemania I was surprised by some of the items I had never seen. Spotting a poster that hung on my bedroom wall over 50 years ago was pretty awesome. This was a real treat for this Beatles fan and I plan to return for another look. Music lovers should also appreciate this exhibit. Small children likely won't care for this but older ones that are familiar with their music may enjoy it. There's no entry fee but donations are accepted. Did I mention The Beatles songs played while we were there? This brought back many great memories.

TD Ballpark is the Spring Training home of the Toronto Blue Jays, and home of Advanced-A affiliate Dunedin Blue Jays of the Florida State League.
A good place to watch a minor league game becomes an exceptional place to watch Major League Baseball. With only 8500 seats, and many of those blocked by Covid-19 restrictions, everyone is far closer to the field than at a typical MLB venue. Seats are comfortable, visibility and sight lines excellent. Concessions are typical ballpark fare with a few Florida touches such as grouper tacos and alligator nuggets.
