Church Farm, Stow Bardolph are all set for another exciting year, packed with fun events and activities for the whole family. This is a fantastic day out with plenty to do, whatever the weather!Come and meet all our rare breed animals, who are all eager for a bit of fuss and attention. Walk about in the petting pens with our tamest residents. Wander along to our Animal Encounter sessions, and learn more about the animals from our friendly staff, whilst getting to hold and pet some of them. There are usually baby animals to see, starting with lambing from Feb through to May, regular litters of piglets and the infamous, naughty baby goats, who cause great hilarity with their antics. The adventure playground is a must for all our younger visitors, with trampolines, climbing frames and football pitch, through to ride on tractors and our enormous undercover sand pit and straw barn, where children can jump and play in the straw bales - always a favourite. For those who want to sit back and relax, why not take a tractor tour of Church Farm, or take advantage of our comfortable sofas in the indoor Treehouse play area. Let the children run around while you enjoy a tea or coffee, and maybe even a slice of homemade cake! We have a new area in the Treehouse, especially for our youngest visitors. There is a good selection of lunches, brunches and even cream teas available in our lovely tearoom, with plenty of choice to suit every appetite and budget. A large undercover area is also available, if you decide to bring a picnic. Our gift shop stocks a wide variety of souvenirs and fabulous gifts for the whole family.
You get to stroke piglets. It’s brilliant, I loved his g the rats, there’s guinea pigs and a ice playground and a good gift shop for afterwards. My 7 year olds review. We had a marvellous mum and daughter day, so lovely to be able to stroke and handle so many animals. The park is fab too and all being cleaned very regularly, fab cake and really well priced. 16 pounds for the two of us and we spent five hours so great value!

Built in 1835, Denver Windmill is a Grade II*-listed tower mill in the village of Denver, just outside Downham Market in West Norfolk. Since 1995 the mill has been in the ownership and care of the Norfolk Historic Buildings Trust.
Me, the wife and some friends stayed at the site across the road and popped in here a few times. What a great little micro pub, the owner is fantastic, knows his stuff and great to chat to. Really nice drinks and a very nice place. A must visit.

A spectacular country house garden that is, as it was a century ago. Quite the most special place you will find as a gardener. As well as a garden to rival Wisley or Villandry (in its own unique way) it also has its own cricket pitch, croquet lawn, walled garden (aka Frances Hodgson Burnett) - probably the largest collection of rare apple trees in the UK, an Elizabethan paved rose garden, ancient trees and the kindest head-gardener you will ever meet. If you're lucky, you will meet, and chat to Lady Hare, who allows her gardens to be open to the public. A wonderful, wonderful place.
