I let my intuition lead me down whichever path the body shows me. I have a tendency to view massage in a different light than most therapists. When developing my menu I wanted to base it how I wanted my clients to feel and from there how to get the desired result without having to push the body too far. My philosophy is that massage doesn't have to hurt to achieve big change, there can be a lighter side to therapeutic means and a deeper side to relaxing ones. There is always another way to get to where you want to be. I'd prefer it to be not what is easiest for me, but what is best for my client. At the end of the day the best feeling is knowing I have made a difference in the people who put their trust and their bodies in my hands.

I've been here twice in the past year. What a gem! A few things worthy of mentioning: 1) Use the discounts available-I was able to get a discount pass from my local public library. Also, as a teacher, I got in free with my badge. 2) I love the hands on concept of this museum. Everything is meant for hands-on exploration. 3) I went one summer day, when it wasn't very crazy. That time, my then six year old and his cousins loved the dramatic play portion-the post office and the green screen/tv area. Tons of fun had by all. 4) I went today-February vacation-so much busier. However, even with the increased numbers, it was still enjoyable. It was nice to see a shift in what my son played with-he explored the ball run and the flying experiment for long periods of time! It was more crowded, but still manageable. Went with my son, a friend, and a three year old. The three year old was just as entertained. 5) There are tons of local places to eat afterwards. We went to 7th Generation Brewery. I found them to deal well with children. 6) The staff at the museum were friendly. 7) I loved the wide array of activities available in the museum. From crafts to dramatic play to more engineering type activities, to music based activities to the wonderful play section for littles.... Overall, I'd recommend this museum. It is a great way to spend a few hours.

Museum campus has four buildings, featuring natural scince, local history, decorative arts, and contemporary art. Considered NH,s most eclectic museum. Yankee magazine award for best small museum in New England. Founded in 1916.
We learned about this great museum on a TV program. Fantastic museum. We needed reservations because the docent takes you around. Mike was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. There is something for everyone and it would take hours to enjoy it all. We were there 2 hours. Nature, history, geology, art, etc. There is a great deal to see in all the building. The carriage house was closed because of the Covid. If you have never been there--I would suggest going. It is a hidden gem. The entrance fee was very reasonable. Check out the web site and my pictures. I hope this helps.

I grew up swimming in the Bellamy River. I remember when it had a sandy beach, diving boards, and a club house. Now it is a Disc Golf Course. Revisited the park recently when I was in town, and took a stroll in the woods. Brought back great memories and wonder at the changes to the river's size and surroundings. Other than flying Frisbees about, it proved for a lovely Autumn afternoon down memory lane.

While you will definitely notice the price difference here compared to a chain grocery, the quality is far above and beyond. They have a huge variety, a lot of it locally grown, and also offer fresh baked bread, delicious homemade meals, and some neat local products (try the ice cream!). Also a nice little wine corner. Getting all of the essentials would be a costly trip (they have cheese for example, but all of it high end), this is a wonderful option for bread, meat, and veggies. The store is also an experience in itself with a greenhouse, antique tools hanging from exposed beams, and a pen of friendly farm animals outside.
