We've heard Toronto described as "New York City run by the Swiss," and it's true—you can find world-class theater, shopping and restaurants here, but the sidewalks are clean and the people are friendly. The best place to start is literally at the top—the CN Tower, the tallest freestanding structure in the Western Hemisphere.

This was definitely was one of the highlights of my Toronto visit. I was lucky to arrive on a day that wasn't very crowded and ended up having a private tour guide. They have revolving exhibitions based on their collection as well as a special exhibition on gold. Well displayed and excellent labeling and explanations. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. It is a bit of a trip from downtown, so best to take Uber rather than trying to manage multiple public transit lines.

The building is very beautiful and has peaceful ambience and surroundings. It was a worth it visit and was very educational with the tour guide explaining in detail the history of Islam and especially the Ismailis (followers of the hereditary Imam, decedent from Prophet Mohammad, PBUH, His Highness Prince Karim Aga Khan), The inner court and prayer house is very serene and has a beautiful vista of Toronto from the roof top. While there, visited the Aga Khan Museum, another worth it visit. Smooth check in at front reception desk and the area well planned with very friendly staff. The permanent exhibition downstairs is amazing and gives you an insight into Medieval history of Islam. Very well preserved artifacts to show the glory of that time period. I was lucky to see Caravans of Gold, Fragments in Time exhibition, which opened my eyes to the fact, that Africa was not the DARK Continent the Europeans had been calling it during the medieval times and later.

Don mills has convenient parking and the movie theatre is comfortable and highly recommended. Just disappointing when the theatre your movie is in is one with the non fully reclining seats for the same big price.
