Located on the southwestern side of the main island of Viti Levu, the Coral Coast has been a popular holiday destination for many years. It was one of the very first areas in Fiji to be developed for tourism. There's really nothing better than looking out at the ocean as the waves break on the reef. (On second thought, add a tropical drink to that picture.) Those looking to take in the natural beauty will find many opportunities for diving, fishing, golf and surfing.

Notable for its massive size and unusual natural characteristics, this cave was once a fortress for a cannibal tribe and still contains a cannibal oven and other reminders of this gruesome history.

Not forgetting The all new Rollercoaster Zip Rail, the first of its kind in Fiji. As well as our 110m Splash Mountain Jungle Water slide, and kiddies splash pool with water jets, slides and more... Abundant signage explains the displays and our dedicated staff are on hand to answer any questions you may have. Come and hold a rare Fijian Iguana or a Boa constrictor for photo ops and selfies, in our Interaction area. Help us hand feed our baby sea turtles 3 times daily. Your visit is vital to the Breeding Programs and Student Education courses we do and we truly appreciate your support. Vinaka!
We vistied the park as a family, Mr 10 and Miss 7 loved it, they got to hold an iguna and a boa constrictor, and hand feed turtles, which was amazing, they got to see different types of birds, and had a great time in the splash pool. Unfortunely we did not do the zip line or the water slide but we still had a great day out.

Sculptured through the workings of wind, water and vegetation, the Sigatoka Sand Dunes stand out as one of Fiji's most unique wonders. In 1989, 390 acres of the Sigatoka Sand Dunes was established as Fiji's first National Park- The Sigatoka Sand Dunes National Park. A key contributor to its protection is the archaeological treasures buried beneath the dune sands. These artefacts have contributed to the history of man's first arrival in Fiji. Today, evidence of this past continue to be unearthed by the wind. The Park is home to a unique Dune forest which is now home to a myriad of wildlife. Some notable inhabitants of this forest include the Fijian Swallow tail Butterfly, the fruit bats, the Goshawks, the giant stick insects and cryptic Pacific Boa. The National Park is a Fijian heritage, rich in both natural and cultural attributes.
Well appointed Park building and briefing gives you 2 choices - 1 or 2 hour walk - both with beach section, and both with a modest uphill component. Some of the railings and steps in need of removal or replacement but overall a great spot to take in. F$10/adult entry. Local buses go past 3/hour.

Considered one of Fiji's best beaches, Natadola features pure white sand, many much-needed shade trees and horses for hire - both gentle rides for children and adult-level treks as well.
Heaven can wait ????. This bay and beach is almost indescribably good. Turquoise blue water with the reef way back, pristine sand, gentle breeze and an Intercontinental Hotel at one end too. We did horse riding, got a massage and had a Pina Colada as well.

Tour this restored ancient fort where you'll learn about pre-colonial Fiji life and enjoy great views from two lookout points.
We had a rental car and could easily drive to Tavuni Hill Fort. Entry fee is $13 FJD pp. The lady who welcomed us is from the village below and a descendant of the Tongan tribe. Very interesting local history. Self guided walk through the excavation site with fabulous views across the Sigatoka River and market gardens. The walk is in the shade of trees so vetu achievable even though the temp was 30+. Definitely worth the effort.

We stumbled upon this place completely by accident and it turned out to be one of our favourite experiences in Fiji! A beautiful building - colourful and bright with a range of shops scattered around. We enjoyed browsing all the local goods and were lucky enough to chat with the locals and bought some beautiful clothes.
