The equestrian centre is at Constancia, a delightful historical village located between the Tejo and Zezere rivers. Just one hour from Lisbon two hours from Porto it holds wonderful views framed by Mountains with a rich animal life. You can enjoy the beautiful Lusitano horses riding throughout miles of trails between eucalyptus, pines, olives, cereal fields and the magnificent view of the rivers.

Was our second time this year visiting Antonio, will be booking for next year very soon! can not rave about this place enough the people are great the horses are amazing and the views are beautiful. we went for a long weekend and thoroughly enjoyed...MoreThanks for your very nice comment. This is a really unique place with very friendly personnel that is very helpful be it at the Planetarium session or at the Solar Observatory. We just came in after a group of students had left and the got a 1 on 2 guided tour in very good English. That was very kind and lucky as no other student group was waiting.

We visited here during a recent visit to the area. The park has been very well designed with lots of interesting features. It would be a lovely place to spend a few hours especially with children

This is a very nice little garden right by the river with some interesting plants and exhibits. The entry fee is more like a donation.

Com um espólio onde marcam presença modelos, objectos, ferramentas, e documentos de algum modo ligados à pesca, ao transporte fluvial, à construção naval e à devoção por Nossa Senhora da Boa Viagem, o espaço museológico, apesar de muito pequeno, afigura-se com elevado valor pela memória que guarda. Uma referência especial à Técnica da Câmara que nos guiou por entre aquelas memórias

Esta é a igreja matriz de Constância.
A peça mais emblemática desta igreja é o seu órgão. Trata-se de um órgão chamado "de armário", uma vez que os tubos podem ser fechados por duas portas. Estando as citadas portas abertas, poder-se-ão ver nelas duas bonitas pinturas.
Constq que este órgão é da autoria de António Xavier Cerveira, o expoente máximo da organaria portuguesa. Actualmente é a organista Ana Eliias que está encarregada de o utilizar e sugerir eventuais necessidades de afinação.

Um espaço extremamente agradável, com relação qualidade/preço muito boa.
Um local onde nos pudemos cruzar com muitos jovens da região do Médio Tejo, com animação diversa até ás 4h (aberto 6ª e Sábado, vésperas de feriados)
Existe por vezes consumo minimo, mas francamente baixo.
Recomendo para ir sozinho, casal ou em grupo de amigos, é local informal, e ideal para um convivio descontraído, dançar ou ouvir musica.

L e jardin est charmant : pagode de Macao, statuaire sublime, collection de plantes, bord de rivière....
MAIS, CAR IL Y A UN MAIS :
Le site est bruyant : une usine, de l'autre côté du Tage ronronne en continu, et nuit considérablement au charme du lieu et de cette jolie cité.
Regrettable.
