I've driven by this place dozens of times and finally stopped in out of curiosity. I was impressed by the well-organized, intriguing shops with goods that ranged from upscale clothing to jewelry, art to antiques, bath and beauty products, garden products, lamps, bric-a-brac, gifts, consignment items, and on and on. Things are very reasonably priced, considering that it's all good quality. The personnel here are friendly and very helpful. It's a great place to shop or browse!

Karen is a student and a teacher of life. She traveled to ancient sites in South America, Europe, and Middle East to feel and learn healing arts from great teachers and practitioners. As the shamans say, "She got the healing hand". This is a unique individual achievement where a person is attributed with the qualities of a natural healer. She chose sound, colors, stone and crystal healing for her unique practice. She opened the Healing Home in Cape Neddick in the heart of Mount Agamanticus

This course offered a solid 18 holes of Golf near the Atlantic Ocean in Maine. We played the course as part of a conference at The Cliff House resort down the street. Everyone enjoyed the course and the views from the fairways and greens.

The Spa at the Cliff House has many treatments, but if you are not into massages or body treatments, they also offer some nice pedicure options. The pedicure "salon" is extremely clean and clients are distanced appropriately for Covid. You will get a warm neck roll and cup of herbal tea. They also use products with few or no chemicals. I was surprised to learn about the nail polish that dries in 5 minutes. My technician was excellent and communicated with me very well. You will pay a lot more for this pedicure than in a typical "nail salon" in the USA but what makes it worth the price is the environment. If you get a pedicure you can sit in the Sanctuary, sip on some water or tea, and enjoy the incredible cliff views of the ocean. But, you need to make sure you ask for this benefit. My technician walked me there. Do not be shy...just ask :-) I think you can also use the Steam Room. However, you cannot use the swimming pools or hot tubs at the hotel unless you are staying at the hotel. If you are told by a hotel employee that you can also use these facilities with a spa service make sure to get their name and save the email. Ask for a manager to make sure that you were given the correct information. When you make your reservation, you will give them a credit card number and your service will be charged to that credit card along with a 20% gratuity. I am completely OK with this. No cash is exchanged.
