Stopped by on a beautiful, unseasonably warm day and it was wonderful! A beautiful place with lots of shady spots, picnic tables, parking, seating, etc...everything one needs to enjoy a great day in or around the water. Loved seeing all of the folks swimming, boating, kayaking, paddle boarding, etc. If I lived here, I would be at Kershaw Park all the time, year-round.
If I could make one suggestion, however, it would be wonderful if there were some food trucks or carts here where one could grab something to eat. I think they would be a huge hit!

Sonnenberg Gardens is a historic estate showcasing nine formal gardens, an antique greenhouse complex, and a Victorian mansion. Sonnenberg also features a gift shop, the Finger Lakes Wine Center, and wedding/reception rental facilities.
We visited last week. Unfortunately, the gardens are past their prime for the season. We had a very nice time here, but came away wishing they had more funds available to finish renovating the house and gardens. The young man volunteering that day was very knowledgeable. All in all, I would certainly recommend a visit. Very interesting.

It was nice to walk along the pier...watching people picnicking, reading, walking, boating, kayaking, paddle boarding, etc...just generally enjoying the beautiful weather and the water. It would have been nice if there had been some food trucks or carts along the way to be able to grab something to eat.

Bristol Mountain is the premier resort located in the Western Finger Lakes Region of Upstate New York. Our 1200' vertical rise allows Bristol Mountain to reign as the highest vertical between the Adirondack/Laurentian Mountains of the east and the Rocky Mountains of the west. There are 138 acres of total skiable terrain. Views from the summit and the 34 slopes and trails are breathtaking and provide a variety of inclines for every skier and snowboarder from beginner to expert with 32% of the slopes being novice, 50% intermediate, and 18% advanced level terrain. During our night operating season, 96% of our trails have lighting. To assure our skiers and snowboarders of the best possible snow conditions, Bristol Mountain is proud of its state-of-the-art snowmaking system which covers 97% of the terrain.
We are from MI and like to take a ski trip every winter break. This year we drove to Bristol Mountain. My teenage boys and husband loved the vertical height of 1200 feet. The runs were long and lines were super short- 5 minutes max waiting. The reason we didn’t rate it a 5 was there was only one double black. They like the challenging runs. Food was typical ski resort food- average. We would come back but we have so many other places to try.

Whether you are thirsty, hungry or both, we have you covered. Our tasting rooms offer a great selection of our fresh craft beer, wines from Heron Hill Winery and spirits from Black Button Distilling. In addition to our beverage selection is a hand crafted pub menu that is always evolving to meet and exceed the expectation of our patrons. So stop in and fill your belly!
Went for lunch and to try some of their beer. Sandwiches and wraps were fresh and very good. We liked their beer line up. Lots of variety and the ones we tasted were very well made. Prices were in line with other similar establishments. Outside eating area is very nice, overlooking the lake and the walking path. Great place to hang out on a nice day.

Love having CMAC so near ......but hate the uncomfortable chairs! Very little space between the person in front of you & the birds like them to relieve themselves---gross.
Bought food but, no place to really sit, need more tables ....had to stand & eat at a high top...if CMAC wants people to come early & eat add more picnic tables.

My wife and I spent our anniversary week in Canadaigua, enjoying the outdoors, cheeses, wines, and of course history. The Granger Homestead is impeccably maintained and beautifully furnished. The docents are excellent. The carriage collection is jaw-dropping for those interested in historic transportation.

Very small park but for the price you can't lose. All the slides(6 of them) were great for the whole crew ages12-46...the lazy river was a nice cool spot to relax and the wave pool was excellent. Staff was very friendly and helped us deal with locking our keys in the car. We drive about an hour from lodi( vacationing there) so a bit far but again the $20 after 3 deal makes it a no brainer.

Winter hours are Friday-Sunday 12-5pm, hours change seasonally! Heron Hill Winery's tasting room south of Canandaigua near Bristol Harbour Resort on the Canandaigua Wine Trail! This is the winery's third location including Heron Hill Winery on Keuka Lake and a Tasting Room on Seneca Lake. The tasting room is the former South Bristol Cultural Center, housed in a renovated 100-year-old barn. The location features a beautiful open space with high ceilings and original hand-hewn wooden beams. Immense windows overlook vineyards of Cabernet Franc and Riesling. Wood-fired pizza and live music every Saturday in the summer!
We were passing by and decided to stop in. It turned out to be the best wine tasting we have ever been to. The woman taking care of us was very knowledgeable and told us everything we needed to know about the different wines and...MoreThank you for visiting and taking the time to share you experience. It's always satisfying when we know that visitors learn something new during a tasting.
