The political, scientific, historical, architectural and business center of Russia, Moscow displays the country's contrasts at their most extreme. The ancient and modern are juxtaposed side by side in this city of 10 million. Catch a metro from one of the ornate stations to see Red Square, the Kremlin, the nine domes of St. Basil's Cathedral, Lenin's Mausoleum, the KGB Museum and other symbols of Moscow's great and terrible past, then lighten up and shop Boulevard Ring or people watch in Pushkin Square.

Hi! I’m Nikolay Lgovsky – professional percussionist, improviser and composer. Gongs are the greatest love of my life. I made a wonderful space in big city SILENCE STUDIO for relax, chill out and meditation. Here I play concerts – sound journeys GONG RELAX. After 35 years experience I know exactly how to cast a person into deep relax quick and safely and also I like to surprise people with unusual and beautiful sounds. I can promise that you’ve never had such a practice before. I’ll play for you at 3 big gongs 40”, 48”, 50”, some smaller gongs and flat bells during 60 minutes, while you are comfortably sitting or laying down. Sounds of my gongs bring relax, calm, stillness, clear mind and fresh state of body. Every concert is unique since music is appearing just in the moment reflecting your state and intention. Afterwards you’ll have tea-time to share experience, ask questions and even to try make sounds from different instruments yourself.
