You can see the Karan Mahal, which was built with Mughal architectural influences. Then The beautiful Phool Mahal, which happens to be the oldest part of the palace complex. Again The lavishly decorated Anoop Mahal which was the private audience chamber of the King of Bikaner , lastly not to forget the grand Durbar Hall with the ceremonial 1,100-year-old sandalwood throne. The main attraction though for many is the famous war souvenir - the DH-9DE Havilland War Plane which was given in recognition of the service rendered by the Bikaner State Forces led by Maharaja Ganga Singh Ji of Bikaner during 1st World War which gives every Indian a moment of pride. A must must visit palace

Jain temple is one of the oldest temples in Bikaner, and was built in the 15th century. It is decorated with mirror work, frescoes and leaf paintings. The temple is built of red sandstone and is divided into three floors. One can see the skyline of Bikaner by climbing to the topmost floor of this temple. It is believed that the temple was made with 40,000 kilograms of ghee instead of mortar, which locals insist seeps through the walls on hot days.
This was the first temple which allowed to take picture, unlike Jain temple of Mount Abu or any other temple of the world for that matter. And man, its mesmerizing. Such an old temple, so well maintained and looked after. The priests are kind and open minded. The architecture is beautiful, beyond words. You gotta see it for yourself to experience it..

It is in old bikaner while reaching there i was thinking maybe i am wasting my time as the roads & way was giving me an image of my village but i would suggest you should definitely go Rampuria Haveli. It is open in day time and unfortunately we reach around 7:30 am they asked us to come tomorrow but we explained them we ahve train tomorrow and can't come so they allowed us to see the place. I will suggest please go on time else you will miss it. They have maintained it very nicely , great architecture, paintings, rooms with old architecture look (you can book room & stay for one night is worth) antique showpieces really amazing. They arrange special rajasthani program for their guests. Must see place in BIkaner!

Its a palace built in the late 50s or 40s but a eye treat. Made with utmost style using the most famous rajasthani red stone. Every inch of the palace is with this stone. We went for Lunch since we were guided by the team at Narendra Bhavan where we stayed. The gentleman at the elm of front office was so kind enough to explain the the history and too us around the palace at the areas which are allowed. We also had a sneak peak at the place where the maharaja had his own train come in right behind his back yard. We had a table in the inner quadrangle and was a sight to see the place and savour the food. They do a lot of weddings in this place because the place is fabulous and many a celebrities have conducted their events at this place. Each of the rooms in this palace is a worth of its own.
