As a visitor to the area over the Christmas period I was so very glad to see a shop of this caliber in the town of Bairnsdale. The lady was most helpful as I was interested in a large copper pot that was in the top shelf. She not only got it down but dusted it off and was happy for me to play around with it to consider if it could work in my home. I’m still considering the pot and I’ll be back in Bairnsdale very soon and will definitely be back to this beautiful shop. As a business owner myself with my hubby I know it can be quite tough at times with the pressures of a small family business. Any negative feedback on this shop on any other forum should be ignored this is a lovely store and people who make the decision to give a bad review should think again on the passive impact it can have on a small business when they are just trying to make a living. So what........you went into the store and the lady didn’t speak to you .......... be kind have a heart don’t destroy a persons livelihood just for that ....

Lovely place to chill, take in extensive view over Mitchell river to ocean and try very good wines, with fun service. There on a still warm evening, sat out on balcony. A lot to like.
