Walking trails surrounded by mature trees in the heart of Beaverton. Easy to get to via Car or the Max line. There is free parking, as well as a small learning center, bathrooms, and water fountain. The trails are easily walkable and strollers would do okay. The paths are clearly marked and there are a couple of benches you can sit at along the paths. We have always felt safe here, even when we come solo.

We played the South Course in mid-September with a tee time of 8:24AM.
Beware, if you need to warm up at the practice tee, you'll be hitting directly into the sun. You'll be doing so as well on the first tee. The starter told me my ball landed just off the fairway in the right rough. The ball could not be found. This happened one more time, yet the rough wasn't that deep. Keep your eye one the ball if you can! They seem to disappear more easily than expected. I believe the more expensive your ball, the more likely it will become lost.
Helpful staff and nicely appointed clubhouse.
Play well!

We had approx. 20 people, 50% women/50% men and everyone really enjoyed themselves. Everyone stayed the entire time to see what was made and everyone (especially the men!) said it was the best team building event they've ever done. Several folks have said that they plan to come back with their spouse to make something together!!

The Rice Northwest Museum of Rocks and Minerals houses a world-class collection recognized as the finest in the Pacific Northwest and one of the best in the nation. Located just west of Portland, Oregon, in Hillsboro, the Museum showcases not only fine rocks and minerals, but also fossils, meteorites, lapidary art, and gemstones from both the Pacific Northwest and all around the world.
Nice meteor collection with detailed explanations.
Rocks I've never seen before in many interesting color combinations.
Many large items.
I was pleasantly surprised by the size and quality of the collection, because the museum is not in a major city.
I spent 45 minutes at the museum and saw and read enough to satisfy me.

Great park with play structures, swings, paved trail, covered picnic area, tennis courts, ponds, grassy areas and more. Also ample parking spots. This park also has a rhododendron garden which is beautiful when in bloom in the spring.

We live pretty close to this theater so it is a "go to" for us. We have seen every kind of movie at this theater but I appreciate that they often have the limited run type including ones from LDS (Mormon) directors. We just saw last night "Once I Was a Beehive" which is a take on the summer tradition of Girl's Camp; a week long adventure that takes a year to prepare. My wife was camp director the last several years (felt like decades) and she organized her assistant directors and their families to go to this movie. We had a great time!
This is a big theater and when it is busy there is a lot going on. I like that they have a covered area to stand under while you wait to buy tickets and the staff is always nice. We have known several kids who have worked there.
If you have been to a Regal Cinema before then you know what to expect and this one is above average.

This popular park offers miles of trails, an extensive rose garden, a large Japanese garden and a zoo. For information on free shuttles, attraction admission hours and pricing within the park, and maps, visit our website.
The park itself is located about a ten minute drive out of the city up a hill. Many of the major attractions are located here such as Oregon Zoo, The International Rose Test Garden, the famed Japanese Gardens, the World Forest Center, the Children's Museum, and the Mansion. Make sure to take a look at the view of the city below. Even though we visited during the winter, the weather was mild and there was plenty to see and do.

Great seating that is assigned so you don't have to get there early to get seats. Food is good but the drink selection is very good. It's nice to be able to have a beer watching the movie.

Over 3.5 miles of trail to hike on. No pets or drones allowed. Beautiful views of the Tualatin Valley. Benches to sit on.
Family friend place with great views of the cooper mountain area and different trails for those interested in walking or jogging. You pick the distance short or long. Better in the spring or summer. The only drawback is that they don't allow dogs, so if you want to bring your furry friend, you are out of luck.

Harvey The Giant Rabbit is located in front of Harvey Marine at 21250 SW Tualatine Valley Highway, Aloha, Oregon 97007. It stands about 26-feet tall. And has been a landmark there ever since it was placed there in the early 1960's.
Harvey is a hybrid. Part Man. Part rabbit. Like some colossal Egyptian god icon statue gone totally Loony Tunes. He has a man’s body and a rabbits head. He is dressed as a service man like you used to see back in the day at some gas stations. Perhaps a Texaco gas station. He is wearing black shoes, white pants, a serviceman’s jacket. And even a serviceman’s cap parked on his head. Except Harvey has a rabbits head with a big friendly smile, big blue eyes, and big white floppy rabbit ears.
I had seen pictures of Harvey over the years, but had never seen him until now– Up close and personal. That makes all the difference in the world. The surprising thing to me is that I used to work in Aloha briefly many years ago... driving down this very same highway. And never saw him until now. How could that be, you ask? I turned off at 185th to go to work. Yeah, several blocks east just shy of Harvey. I just had never gone that wee extra distance that would have taken me to the big pooka’s lucky feet.
Rumour has it that FBI agents used to use Harvey as a rendevous location. And that some people believe that Harvey brings you good luck if you honk your horn as you drive by him. But one thing’s for sure, he ain’t invisible like Jimmy Stewart’s giant bunny in the classic film HARVEY.
There is no way that you can miss seeing him when you drive by the Harvey Marine establishment.
