60 minutes to work together as a team to solve a series of clues and puzzles in order to complete the objective and escape from a locked room. Take on a diamond heist in Professor Enright's Enigma, solve a murder and kidnapping in Death on Dartmoor, or go back to 1942 and save Devon from possible German occupation in D-Day for Devon. Will you manage it in time?
We had an excellent time at Devon escapes from the minute we walked in to the time we left was great Emma was a gem!! We did the D-Day for Devon it was amazing i would highly recommend this room and place roll on the next room Death on Dartmoor!! Thanks again for a great experience ????

Such a fabulous renovation of an historic and iconic building, now hosting the town's museum. We were guided throughout our visit by the lovely Val, who was both informative and passionate about Newton Abbot and actively encouraged us to emerse ourselves in the whole sensory experience. Our son especially loved the interactive railway history and wants a return visit, top marks for a 10 year old! Thank you to all who made this a reality.

Stover Country Park contains over 114 acres of woodland, heathland, grassland, lake and marsh and a substantial variety of wildlife. It is a site of special scientific interest meaning it is protected by law to conserve its wildlife and geology. The Park features a Nature Interpretation Centre which is situated near the entrance of the park and consists of a visitor centre, classroom, rangers’ office and public toilets. Additional recreation resources include interpretation boards, aeriel walkway, a bird hide, a car park and picnic areas. There is also a wealth of historical interest. Stover Country Park is owned and managed by Devon County Council
We visited on a Sunday in mid November. It was lovely to walk around the lake in the autumn warm sunshine, surrounded by beautiful tall trees that are wearing their golden, orange and red coats. We loved a leisurely Sunday walk in the park, breathing sweet scented air, watching and feeding ducks and swans, and observing squirrels from the special aireal walkway observation platform. So, take your kids, grannies and dogs, put on your wellies, pack up your lunch, and head to the stover park for a a weekend afternoon out with your family. And don’t forger a loaf of bread to feed the ducks and swans, and nuts for squirrels! Also the ducks love sunflower seeds as we have discovered today! Enjoy the photos that I have posted here. Campsite owners were delightful and very helpful when booking - The campsite is off the beaten track but easy to find with a sat nav and not far from Newton Abbot - We stayed in one of the cottages overlooking the fields which was so peaceful ! The cottage itself was absolutely lovely , everything you needed to make it home from home including a dishwasher and a washing machine , bedding , towels , tea towels , also we got some cake , eggs and milk on our arrival , such a lovely gesture ! WiFi was absolutely brilliant too ! - This is a working farm but you would never of thought it as it was so peaceful , the only noise was the cows in the morning having a good ole mooo - the rest of the site was lovely and clean and there is even an outdoor pool to enjoy in the warmer months - This is definitely worth a stay either in one of the lovely cottages or camping which ever you prefer - lots of things to do around Devon , beautiful beaches , lovely walks and lovely places to visit !

We house a selection of beautiful Birds of Prey from all over the world. We have a flying display at 2.00 on Sat and Sun during our winter season* We offer wonderful experiences** where you can come and spend part of the day with the birds, handling and flying a selection for yourself, an experience you will never forget. We offer educational visits to schools and other groups and can enhance your event or wedding by offering a display *weather dependent and subject to availability ** must be prebooked
We visited late in the afternoon and were lucky enough to be the only people there! The birds are wonderful to see and are clearly well cared for. Although there were no flying displays due to Covid restrictions, we had the opportunity to see some of the birds up close while they were being fed by their handlers. A special mention of thanks to Caitlin, who spent a lot of time engaging with our children (age 7&8), answering all of their questions and making it an extra special and memorable visit.

Plant World's four acres of landscaped hilltop gardens representing each of the five continents has been called Devon's 'little outdoor Eden' and has featured on national TV. Rare exotic plants can be bought in the plant nursery. Parking, picnic area and nursery entry are all free whilst a modest garden entry charge is made for adults. The modern café serving light lunches, home-made cakes and espresso coffee has absolutely fantastic panoramic views. Open April-September inc.
Lovely location with fab views over the Teign Valley the garden is split in to different parts of the world based loosely around the 5 continents. Really well set out with interesting paths and loads of unusual plants, shrubs and trees etc to see. Some hilarious "homemade" garden ornaments and signs but we all thought this added to its charm and unique character.
