As a party of 8 we split into two groups of 4 (boys vs girls!) and had the most brilliant time. We admittedly haven't done that many escape rooms to date, but of those we have this was most definitely the best so far. The staff were super friendly (and super helpful when needed to be!) and we all had great fun all round (especially as the boys escaped quicker than the girls!!!) Many thanks, and would highly recommend.

The Great Hall was stunning. The Table was very interesting but so were the stained glass windows. Lovely adjacent medieval garden and the Long Gallery was informative although it jumped around chronologically!

Small church just near the Buttercross. Sort of Georgian feel to it, although it is much older. Contains a memorial to Dr Lyford who tended Jane Austen prior to her death. Also an etched glass entrance screen by Tracey Shepherd (local world renowned artist). This church is where the new Bishops go to be dressed in all their regalia before processing to the cathedral to be enthroned.

I attended a regency ball at Avington Park. It was one of the best costume balls, sweet and elegant. Most of the guests dressed up in regency attires. Hampshire Regency Dancers did performance and invited guests to dance together. The setting was lovely though the dance space was a bit small. It felt like a home party. Dinner was surprisingly good. Our event was restricted to downstairs area. It made me wonder what other parts might look like. It was a night as if we were in a movie. A night to remember.
