Explore the beautiful coast of Galicia with Escaparia. We only have one boat and one skipper, but with this we aim to provide the best service possible! Take a trip out into the Ria of Pontevedra or Aldan, or into the open sea and visit the Atlantic island of Ons. Also you can visit Cies or Salvora, and even the neighbouring Ria of Arousa, which is home to stunning islets such as Areoso. For Cies, Salvora, or the Ria de Arousa, a full day would be needed. Because of Covid restrictions we are unable to offer mixed groups so in the season of 2021 we will be hiring the boat (half or full days) to the same group only. With or without skipper (license is necessary for bareboat hire). Contact us for more info via phone, Whatsapp or email.

The winery belongs to the D.O "Rias Baixas", is located at the southern end from the subarea "Val do Salnes" on the foot of a hillside called "Padrinan", where there are many immemorial small plots which provide the winery. This area has a privileged position over Sanxenxo village and the entrance of Pontevedra estuary,it has an own microclimate, optimal for the grape growing, which added to the geophysical peculiarities of the floor, makes a grape with a great balance between acidity and sugar with an optimum ripening grade. This fact with a doubtless fame on the sector, originated an albarino wine with own personality, which made bigger with the years.
Our party of 7 turned up without booking at 15.30 on a Wednesday and were warmly welcomed. We had our own tour, in English, which was really interesting and tasted 3 wines and one spirit accompanied by tasty snacks. The tour cost 3 euros each which was excellent value for money. Sandra, our tour guide, was wonderful and very well informed. Highly recommended! Don't trust your satnav to get you there - follow the instructions on their website or those from the tourist office.
