Kabuki is a very fascinating performing art. I have enjoyed Kabuki for many years! I wish to share my many experiences and knowledge; to show guests a part of the Japan I love as a Japanese person. I want many people to enjoy Kabuki as I do, but I think pople can enjoy Kabuki more with some information before you rent the subtitle devices.

Whether it is trying on an authentic Kimono and enjoying the fine craft of the Japanese tea ceremony, or trying your hand at using a real sword akin to a samurai; while you are in Japan, why not experience some of the country’s unique culture here at Hisui Tokyo.

We had the 90 minute bamboo massage and it was an excellent combination of traditional Japanese massage with bamboo sticks mixed with oil aromatherapy. Excellent pressure, beautiful rooms, we felt completely relaxed and refreshed afterwards!

Facia is a private spa which located in Ginza, the heart of Tokyo. Our main customers are Japanese but tourists from western countries and Asia have visited our salon. We also have English-speaking staff. We will remove the fatigue of the trip here in Japan and refresh your body.
I had a 90-min Premium Facial Treatment in Jan 2020. The “face correction” part was quite painful but it did help to make my face more balanced and my chin sharper. The facial treatment part was very soothing. The environment was comfortable and relaxing. The salon was small but well arranged. They even have a dressing table for you to do your makeup and hair after treatment. My therapist, Ms Michi, was nice and professional. Treatment price of ¥18,800 plus tax is reasonable given it’s in Ginza and the specialty of treatment.

We booked a sushi course as a surprise gift for my daughter's anniversary. We had ms. Nobu as guide for the market tour and ms. Kanori as cooking instructor. Amazing experience! During the market tour we had the possibility to taste and shop for original ingredients that we brought back home and during the cooking lesson we had the opportunity to learn some very effective techniques to produce nice looking (and tasty) sushi! During the tasting session we were offered a sample of Japanese Shōchūs to match our own artistic creations. A lot of fun, a lot of information, an unforgettable experience. Arigatou gozaimasu Kanori, Arigatou gozaimasu Nobu!

This large neighborhood is home to many stores and restaurants and is a favorite destination for the youth of Tokyo.
This district, considered one of the most exclusive shopping areas in the world, has the largest concentration of Western brands in Japan, including Gucci, Chanel, Louis Vuitton and many others. You will also find huge stores of leading electronics companies, including Apple and Sony. Every Sunday and Saturday, from 12:00 to 17:00, the main street that passes through the Ginza district becomes a "pedestrian paradise" and is closed to vehicular traffic, so it's the best time to get there.

Traditional Japanese Kabuki performances can be seen at this refurbished theater in the Ginza district.
The tickets are available over the counter half an hour before the play which spares all the hassle with prebooking. The theatre itself is impressive and the play worth seeing even for non Japanese speakers. The costumes from Edo period look like a fairytale, it was also suprising to hear the music and voices during the play. You can use Enhlish transcripts.

Located in the basement in a small Ginza street, take the elevator down. A few table and a bar. Listed among the best bars of Tokyo. Interior will not impress you, but the selection of whiskey for sure will. No menu, so the bar man asks about your likes and prepares accordingly. Sure you can order classics too. Now whiskey- around 350 bottles, some Glenmorange from the 70’s, other exotic stuff. However, Suntory and Nikka collections are great. Good place to try some difficult to find bottles.
