Curracloe Beach is a regular holder of the Blue Flag Beach status. The dunes are currently the subject of an active conservation policy by Wexford County Council ensuring that this marvellous amenity and the plant and wildlife it contains, will be preserved for future generations. A nature trail runs through the dunes and continues for 5 km to Raven Point, passing through the beautiful peninsula which constitutes Raven Nature Reserve.
So happy I stopped here. Lovely beach with a great atmosphere, and for all the movie fans steven Spielbergs saving private Ryan was filmed here

Quad Biking is an exciting and adventurous sport. It can be a gentle trek or a challenging adventure, but regardless of where you start or finish, rain or shine, you’ll have a great time at Quadventure. The course is set out over 80 acres under the Scenic Backdrop of the Blackstairs Mountains. There are level fields, dug out ditches, dips and turns and waterlogged gripes to drive through. You can pause to take in the stunning scenery and then continue the adventure.

The panel were outstandingly beautiful and showed the extraordinary craftsmanship of local talented "stitchers". The panels lay out a wonderful history of the foundation and development of New Ross. A must-see whenever in New Ross. Well worth a slow intake of this magnificent tribute to all involved.

Just had my second visit to Bevel woodworking school. I made the bird house on my first visit and this weekend was spent making the Adirondack chair. Tommy is a fantastic teacher and very patient. The other participants were lovely, such a peaceful environment and happy atmosphere to spend quality time in. The bird house and the chair turned out amazing I'm delighted to say the least. I came straight home and booked my next visit to try the wood spirit and my brother was so impressed he's coming with me. Pauline Byrne

Beautifully Restored Georgian Walled Garden built by the Colclough Family over 200 years ago, situated beside Tintern Abbey
A great job done on the gardens which complement a visit to Tintern Abbey itself.Very helpful, informative staff.Would be very worthwhile visisity the gardens during the "growing season" as then you can really appreciate the wonderful array of colours.
