Fishing since 1994, our professional sturgeon fishing guides are guaranteed to give you a first class sturgeon fishing experience in Fraser River, BC. Our expert sturgeon fishing guides know the Fraser River - and, most importantly, they know where to find the sturgeon.
We booked 2 days fishing with Sturgeon Hunter, The booking process went great. We asked for Steve, the company owner, as our guide, since all people going out fishing with him were very satisfied. And Steve delivered ! Showed us an amazing time on the water, he takes his work very seriously :) when they're saying they catch more and bigger fish, they're spot on ! He was trying to get us big fish and, boy oh boy we had to put some hard work to get them out of the water..... Lots of fish between 6 and 9 feet, bigest one over 400 lbs. Last hour we got a 7 and a 8 feet sturgeons, 5 seconds apart. Hard to describe the feeling of excitement :) Anyways, me and Natasha we're both sore today leaving the beautiful Fraser River Valley with tons of beautiful memories, videos and pictures. Thank you Steve and Danny for such a great time ! We will be back next year !!!

On a rainy day we walked up to the falls. It was a nice hike and the veil covered the rocks. Not many people.

One of the nice things about the Bridal Veil Falls Waterfall is that it's a very short walk from the Parking Lot, ideal for families with young children or even for seniors who can still take a hike with a moderate incline. When we arrived in November, the gates to the park were closed but you can easily park outside the gate and walk to the falls from there (bear left at the fork in the road as you walk up). For Ontario-types, we were amazed by the size of the trees, and the rich mosses (and even ferns!) growing on (and in!) the trees. The falls themselves? The pictures say it all: spectacular.

A great place to walk along the world famous Vedder River. It’s a well maintained trail than has ample parking and portable WC’s along the way. There’s always something different to see, whether it’s fishermen catching salmon and Steelhead or the Bald Eagles doing the same.
