Had a suit & shirt made last year & well pleased with result. Went again this February & had a 3 piece suit made, again well pleased with the suit. Mac is not the cheapest tailor in the area but good value for money & great service. Give yourself 10 days for a suit to be made this gives a couple of days for alterations if required before returning home if only going on holiday for 2 weeks. Mac has a large range of different quality materials etc and should have something to suit most people. I have no problem in recommending Mac Tailors, give him a try.

We meet Mr Farooq and was a remarkable experience. Not only the warm welcome but the attention to details. Farooq has a fantastic knowledge of gems and the manufacturing is of perfect quality. He also can quickly understand the customer preferences and direct us to the sweet spot. Of course that when back in Europe, I took the jewells for assessment. Feedback was perfect. Definitely a reference to have... and if you want a perfect jewell, that is the place.

We are a British owned Bar and Restaurant offering excellent food in beautiful scenic surroundings with good service at reasonable prices. We have live music Monday, Thursday and Friday with all premiership football shown on multiple screens at the weekend. We also have two pool tables. We are only ten minutes from the roundabout at Calangute Beach Road Bus Station.

We were looking for a place to try diving as we had never been before. The owner, Anindya, was very welcoming and knowledgable and made the pool diving lesson very fun. The open water diving was amazing, diving around a shipwreck off the coast of a beautiful island in the ocean (Grande Island). The staff we dived with, Bruce and Gayatri were really good at taking it slowly, making sure we were comfortable with everything and they were PADI certified. The equipment was safe and they provided all of it - no need to bring masks or anything. They catered for our dietary needs (vegetarian) and provided lots of delicious local food for lunch during the open water diving. Also, on site there is a really nice street food vendor who sells yummy samosas and hot chai tea. We would 100% recommend getting some food from him as it helped to keep the kids occupied during the journey to the island! Another hidden gem was the Literati library and cafe. We came here after our dive as it is just down the road from the dive centre and enjoyed the library and luxurious chocolate brownie! The cafe is well documented on google maps but easy to miss, tucked away into a side street. This is a great place to come for beginner and experienced divers and we'd definitely come again!
