Eversince the church became a minor basilica in 2015, it has received special privileges one of which is the opportunity for pilgrims to obtain plenary indulgence. Read about it when you get to the church. My advise is to arrive early so there are no lines yet to the mantle of Our Lady of Manaoag.

Alaminos Hundred Island is our first destination to opened up the summer. Ive taken a tour package offer in facebook, i though it will be a short trip coz we took a day tour package but its a fun filled day; we visited island by island and the time for each itenirary is just enough to enjoy what each island can offer. I like the most about this trip its not that pricey and we enjoyed the whole trip. In your stay in the island its a must try the zip line, cliff diving and banana boat ride. You can also try the snorkeling but you most rent the vest, and the snorkeling set in the island before leaving. Its a must to buy your food in the main island then bring it to the trip because the price will be doubled if your planning to buy in a store in the island. Pls bring plenty of water in your trip trust me you will need it. If your planning to take a package tour offered in fb the price, ????HUNDRED ISLAND DAY TOUR???? 999/pax INCLUSIONS: ☑️Tour Coordinator ☑️ Van Transfer (Manila-Alaminos-Manila) ???? Driver's Fee & Meal ???? Fuel Charge & Toll Fees ???? Parking ☑️ Roundtrip Boat Transfer ☑️ Island Hopping ☑️ Guide Fee ISLAND HOPPING: ????Governors Island ???? Marcos Island ???? Quezon Island ???? Cathedral cave ????Lopez island ????Cuenco island ????Pilgrimage island EXCLUSIONS: ❌Meals ❌Environmental fee/entrance fee with insurance 100/pax ❌Lifevest 50/pax ❌Table 40/pax Optional Island Activities: ????Zipline ????Kayaking ????Helmet diving ????Banana boat ????Snorkeling gear ????Parasailing ????Jetski This is the usual set up of a package tour offered in facebook. Also take note to bring all your trash back to the main island coz ther will be no trash been available in your island tour.????

It's a very nice falls. Not grand or anything like that but it has a pleasing atmosphere. The place is clean and maintained well. People just come and go quickly, they normally just stay for an hr or less then leave. It's very accessible to and dows not require very long walks

I've been in Patar Beach, Bolinao Pangasinan many times and the landscape view is so fulfilling, the sand was so pure alike in Boracay Island, to one's liking the sea breeze at night, the waves and the peace that i've felt while i'm there is immeasurable. So if you have the chance to visit Pangasinan, Patar Beach is highly recommended.

Best place to visit is early morning when waters are calm. The front part of the beach is the best place to snorkel with clear, warm water, live and beautiful corals, plenty colorful school of fishes . The sand is very fine, soft, creamy looking, beach is clean. Please pick up your own trash and don't leave any trace behind to preserve this beautiful place. Need to hire a private boat from one of the resorts in Dasol to go to Culebra Island. We stayed at Recudo 2 in Villa Balinmanok and Kuya Willy, the care taker of Recudo 2, arranged our Island hopping trip. We rented a covered table in Culebra Island. There is an environmental fee to get in like 20 pesos, I think per person. There is a portable, old fashioned rest room that is clean. There are at least 2 souvenir shops for Tshirts and limited snacks and refreshments. Make sure to bring plenty cold water or drinks, foods and snacks if you will stay all day. We only stayed from 7 am to 12 noon and that was more than enough for us to enjoy everything . We are a family of 15 ranging from adults , teenagers and children and all of us have fun . Don't forget to bring lots of Sunblock, shades, googles or snorkeling gear, underwater camera to capture all the corals, fishes and poses underwater. The back of Culebra Island has very strong wave and currents that can be very dangerous for children and for non-swimmers. We only stayed at the shore at the back of the Island and took lots of pictures away from the currents because of strong currents and waves. We used the life jackets the boat has provided us while we snorkel to stay safe. As always, stay Safe, use your common sense and good judgement. There are no lifeguards in duty at Culebra Island, swim and enjoy at your own risks.

I can't say anything special about the place. It's one of the many beaches in the area, up there, NW Luzon. Good for family gatherings, bike tours etc. Walking around and collecting shells and corals - really good place to chill. Do not expect too much if you like to swim - scenery is very beautiful but water up there is usually very shallow until you hit the coral reefs, that one can not pass bare footed anyway :)

Visited: 03.16.2012(but not in the option) Our first stop on our first visit to Bolinao, Pangasinan is the famous lighthouse, Cape Bolinao Lighthouse. CAPE Bolinao Lighthouse Fact: This was the 2nd tallest LIGHTHOUSE in the Philippines built in 1905 by the unity of Filipino, American and British engineers. It was 351 feet above sea level. The lighthouse provides a panoramic view of the South China Sea. To get there, Manong tricycle driver who brought us to Bing's Beach Resort on our first night in Bolinao offered to tour us on Patar the next day for just 350 pesos. Our 350 pesos already toured us in all the famous tourist spots in Bolinao. I will elaborate on my Itinerary post for Bolinao Pangasinan. It took us about 10-15 mins to get to our first destination. We were amazed that the roads going to our destination, from a faraway province like Bolinao would actually look better than some roads in Manila. Paved roads in the middle of farms, grassland, trees, thumbs up for Bolinao's local government ????. So why is CAPE Bolinao Lighthouse popular to the guests of Bolinao? Well as per experience, it is the breathtaking views you'll fall in love with. It is like love at first sight. ???????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????? We have the whole ocean for us ❤ There is also an old and unused headquarters where you can take a rest and enjoy the warm wind kissing your skin. ???? This is one historic site you should see when you visit Bolinao as this is a century-old built. And wouldn't it be nice to know and see a structure older than your grannies? More about Bolinao, Pangasinan on my next blogs. So you better check it out. An Itinerary is coming up.

Bolo Beach 1 and 2 is quiet and peaceful beach community in Alaminos City, Pangasinan. We areived 4am from Cubao Manila then trike drivers greeted us and asked them if they can bring us to the most quiet resort and they brought us to Monica Vacation House in Bolo 1 and since it was weekend its fully cooked so get ourselves a tent for 2 and slept. What we love about this place especially in Monica Vacation Resort is that, you have a great view of both sunrise and sunset. Another thing is that there are also bangkas wherein you can get to Hundred Islands Tour for affordable price. The area has clean water, rooms are affordable from p500 tent p1000 room and you can cook your food there and there are stores you can buy what you need and seafoods sellers. Shallow friendly water but do not expect white beach and powdery sand. You can trek, swim, hike and go island.

Whether you have something to splurge or on a tight budget, this is a place where you can spend your weekend. You can stay in cottages along the beach or in hotels near the beach. You can eat on some turo-turo along the beach or on restaurants nearby. Tondaligan Beach is Family friendly, affordable, and like anywhere you go its what you make of it that really matters. The openness of the place, the sea breeze, and fresh air will make for some good memories. The beach is safe, waves can get high that makes a beach enjoyable, lately the local government has provided life guards. The locals are there to help and please their customers.
