The Center for the Performing Arts is a nonprofit organization responsible for the operation and programming of a multidisciplinary performing arts campus in Carmel, Indiana. The facilities include the Palladium, a state-of-the-art 1,600-seat concert hall; the Tarkington, a 500-seat proscenium theater; and the Studio Theater, a versatile black box with a seated capacity of 200. The Center presents scores of events each year and provides space and support services for six resident companies: Actors Theatre of Indiana, Carmel Symphony Orchestra, Central Indiana Dance Ensemble, Civic Theatre, Gregory Hancock Dance Theatre, and Indiana Wind Symphony.
When the Palladium first opened, we worried that it would cannibalize the ISO, which is so important to Indy. Definitely not the case! The Palladium is an absolutely wonderful property and a fantastic addition to our arts offerings in the greater Indianapolis community. Then location itself is prime, the facility is GORGEOUS, the bookings are top-rate and varied, and my husband and I enjoy the creative options for types of season ticket purchases made available. We enjoy it so much!

Hoosier Heights Indianapolis offers the best indoor climbing experience in the city, suitable for all climbers – from the first time beginner to the 5.14 expert lead climber.
The gym is large and clean. It has showers. There are few auto-belays. IN the middle of the gym is a big snake with the foam pit. The climb on the snake is exhilarating experience. The staff is very friendly.

Pinheads has been around for many years and just does not disappoint! Whether we come in with our children (who are now 12 and 15), or with a group of friends. Their food is amazing (Louie's Bar & Grill) and is kid-friendly except for the bar area. Wings are the best! TV's everywhere and is a great place to watch sports. We bring in our friends from out of town and they are always impressed. If you are bowling and forget your socks, no worries...you can buy theirs for I think around $2. I don't mind--I put their socks on my Christmas list because they are the best socks I own :-).

We went to the nature center and walked through the handmade shelters. We then went for a hike on the 2.3 mile loop. It goes along White River and through the woods. Very flat and easy walk.

Kids burn a lot of energy while having so much fun! My son loves dodge ball and the jousting ring. I recommend the 90 minute pass so they can spend time doing each activity. Especially for the 8-12 age range.
