In the rainy season it was overflows !! it was big ! lots of water moving round in the dry season also! it was the source of life in Remakri reagion during all season! I have been there more then 13 times. You have to go through tindu boro pathor area with a boat and a guide which will cost 3500 for boat and 2000 for guide to visit Nafakum! You have to take permission from Police and BGB for going there.

Mermaid Beach invite you to join us in Cox's Bazar and experience intelligent luxury, slow food, and slow life close proximity to our beautiful beach.
Absolutely love the place, will come back any chance i get. The beach villa was great, though mines didn’t have a hammock. Only downside was the sea moved far away and its even difficult to sea or hear it on March, not sure about other seasons. Loved the breakfast, excellent juice, coffee and all in house stuff. The the the freaking best is their shampoo and hand wash, the shampoo smells like red guava and the handwash like banana.

This drive is by far the best long drive route in Bangladesh with sea on one side and the hills on the other side. The road is extremely secure with Army and police checkposts every few miles. Road has ample options to fufil one's gastronomical wishes.

The hotel Neeshorgo is located on Marine Drive with easy access to the beach. A little further up towards Teknaf and as you cross Himchhori, you can visit the Fun Fest area where you can experience para sailing. Once in a lifetime experience.

St. Martin's Island is a popular tourist destination. During the tourist season, 5 launches come and go from the mainland of Bangladesh every day. The real fun of St. Martin cannot be enjoyed without one night. It is better to have two nights. In that case 1 day may be reserved for Chera Dwip, another day for St. Martin. Everyday tourists return in the afternoon, so the fun of visiting the island in the afternoon is different. And if you can go to the full moon, then no need to wander around St. Martin's Island at night and increase your desire to live.

Buddha Dhatu Jadi was founded by U Pannya Jota Mahathero back in the 1995. It's been called as Golden Temple for it's colour & structure. It is one of the largest Theravada Buddhist temple in Bangladesh. The Bandaban Golden Temple belongs to the Theravada Buddhism.
My experience is in bandarban is out-of-this-world, it’s so diverse & cosmopolitan mountain area with 13 various ethnic group with different in clothing, culture & religions. every time when I go there it’s like an new place because there’s so many places in bandarban, it’s the most remote area in Bangladesh & thanchi upazila is more remote with 1000 sq km area population only 25,000 & density is 28 persons per square kilometre. There’s soo many waterfalls, mountains, creeks, streams, not mention in the tourist guides because most of the people don’t even know it exists. Buddha Dhatu jadi is one of the germs of the area. Its a beautiful area.
