Our group of six people joined Jean Marc and his lovely wife, Alice, for an incredible day of cooking, eating, and immersion into Provencal cuisine. They are the consummate hosts. And, Jean Marc is a gifted chef and, more importantly, gifted teacher. From coffee and cookies just out of the oven, to the tour of the local Farmers' Co-op, to the preparation of each course, to tips on spices, herbs, meal presentation, feasting (with wine pairings for each course), and conversation, this was a day that we will all remember. It was THE HIGHLIGHT of our two weeks in France!

This wonderful park is filled with spots to sit in the shade on a warm day, breathtaking views of the surrounding landscapes of the Provencal valley and even has a cute cafe seated near a fountain ! Don’t miss the porcelain graphic representation of the views (local towns and mountains) and the sundial in the middle of the park. You can also contemplate the effects of WWII at the jewish memorial (a mural commemorating those lost in the war).
